Pros

SystemX has proven to be a powerful, reliable tool for Secure Links, providing an intuitive, clean interface but more importantly has been key in providing a centralized portal for collaborating on projects and tracking timesheets.

Cons

Please keep new features coming. A support ticketing feature for instance.

Cons

After analyzing the current interface of SystemX, it has come to my attention that there is a need for improvement in user-friendliness and adherence to current design standards.
