Navigation is very simple and easy to follow. Tools available are extremely useful. Cons As a platinum member, I expected all content to be available, however, this was not the case, and Hermix is monetising some content and tools even for platinum members. Pros Hermix is maybe the best sales analytics and market automation tool that I've used over the years; it really responds to our company's needs. Not only that it saves research time and provides the best tenders opportunities adding constantly new data sources, but it is also a good collaborative tool when implemented in small to medium organizations. I especially like the latest features implemented: AI summary, self-service for organization managers, download function, daily digest, flags board, features that are fast implemented in response to users needs and suggestions. The Hermix team is always very helpful and agile in supporting our business, they are open to feedback and offer a quick turnaround when it comes to implementing new features on request. A fantastic team delivering a fantastic tool! Cons There was room for improvement in the collaborative features and the team was fast and open to work with us to respond to our suggestions! It is a great source of information, and we particularly like the fact that data is refreshed on a daily basis. It's easy to use, and provides for a lot of ways to do deeper investigations on the available data. Cons The tool is clearly still under development and some features lack or are less useful. It is an amazing tool. Pros Powerful filters that are easy to create and manage, providing very useful information about tenders, contracts up for renewal or renewal and their suppliers. Switched from [Trello](https://www.capterra.com/p/211559/Trello/) the above field does not allow me to choose "internal product" which is what I no longer use because I use hermix.
