Saves a lot of time" August 4, 2023 5.0 Pros The most I like about Hermix is that it saves you a lot of time with the search, the listed information are clean and clear. You get to have fast information regarding contracts that are about to expire and get renewal and you can prepare for the bid in time, and you have enough information that can help you make a nice competitive analysis and create your next strategy. I definitely recommend Hermix. Cons In some cases where a lot of data have to be displayed within a column, you have to make a lot of scrolling. This could be optimize by simply listing only limited number of characters and access a "read more" button if its relevant for the user. June 16, 2023 5.0 Pros As a whole, Hermix is very close to being a single source of everything you need in the world of public procurement. Besides the Opportunity information that is aggregated from multiple platforms, it offers a lot of very valuable information about the public procurement landscape on both competitors, but also on the contracting authorities. While this information was public in the past as well, there was no easy and consistent way of putting all this data together in a meaningful way. That was until now, Kudos Hermix!! Cons The learning curve is quite steep due to the amount of sheer data (useful data) that Hermix is putting together and displaying to the users, so the first experience may be a little overwhelming. After 5 to 10 mins of clicking around though, it all starts to make sense, and you get to see the benefits of the platform. However, it should be noted that the Question "What products did you switch from?" does not allow for a choice other than the shortlisted products: I chose Salesforce, not because that was the product replaced by Hermix, but because I had to choose one form the limited list. And while it provides access to a complex data landscape, the UI really helps the user know what to look for and shows the expertise and experience that have gone into creating it. Anyone experienced with public procurement data will appreciate how many steps in the workflow Hermix just seamlessly does for you. Cons There are many ways to use Hermix to explore public procurement data that only come out while you spend time in the app, like using the extensive linkage that has been introduced into the datasets to jump between levels and gain a fuller picture. There is still a learning curve due to the sheer complexity of public procurement data. However, the help section and different materials in the Hermix App help a lot with that! This really speeds up the identification and the qualification process significantly. Its also easy to find whom has executed similar projects, speeding up the identification of potential consortium members. In short: Hermix increases my efficiency and effectiveness in submitting offers for EU tenders. Cons For an SME, its an investment compared to how often we use the tool.
