We needed a cloud based POS that would work with any PC and locally available hardware. Pros The menues in NCR were easy to configure and customize. Plus there was an option for a direct export of the database to excel for data management. Cons NCR failed to modernize in a way that met our business needs. The system became outdated and was reliant on proprietary hardware that was not easy to source locally. Response from Vendor August 7, 2025 I'm not sure for what this review is, but it is not for NCR-Software. We are not a POS system and don't rely on proprietary hardware.
