Pros

  • Recently, I purchased a Rollo thermal printer and I'm absolutely impressed with its performance. The setup process was a breeze, which was a pleasant surprise.

  • This user-friendly design has significantly enhanced my printing experience. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a reliable and straightforward printing solution.

  • This is the best printer for labels, stickers, or anything. I told somebody just yesterday that this is one of the best things I have ever purchased.

Cons

  • Every time I inquire about it, they keep pushing back the refund date. Worst customer service ever.

  • When troubleshooting you tend to waste supplies, and cleaning print header is tedious.

  • Wix’s integration doesn’t work and their customer service blamed rollo, but rollo called and made it possible through their end.

"Simple, Easy, Inexpensive"

Overall: Been very happy so far and have had no issues.

Pros: The low entry cost of the hardware was what initially drew us to Rollo.

Cons: Support is via email and chat only, while chat is a good replacement sometimes you can't beat a simple phone call.

"Rollo is a must if you run your own small business and ship every day."

Overall: Honestly the best printer I've ever used for my business.

Pros: The ease of use, also the fact that you never need to buy ink again so it will basically pay for itself down the road! It also prints very fast and the support is great.

Cons: The initial set up took me awhile but It's probably more user error than anything, as switching from 4x6 to 2x1 labels took me a few tries to figure out, otherwise once it was done, I never have to mess with the settings again!

Reasons for Switching to Rollo: Ink was starting to get too expensive, and I subscribed to the ink plan which was around 15 a month or so, so switching to this was a no brainer.

"They do not refund !!!"

Cons: I returned an order worth about $1000 and covered the return shipping fee, which came to around $100. It's been three weeks since they received my return package, but I still haven't received my refund. Every time I inquire about it, they keep pushing back the refund date. Worst customer service ever!

"Love Rollo"

Overall: Really enjoy their service and their products

Pros: very nice printer, easy to use, included 500 labels and the shipping program. Also very cost effective poly shipping envelopes.

Cons: Wix’s integration doesn’t work and their customer service blamed rollo, but rollo called and made it possible through their end.

"Easy to use laber printer"

Overall: I used the wireless Rollo previously which was convenient in the beginning. However, after few months of usage, I had issues connecting wirelessly.

Pros: My wired Rollo was very easy to setup. Printer really saved my time printing the labels especially during heavy shipment days.

Cons: Wired connection is reliable but I need to have my computer nearby the printer.

Reasons for Switching to Rollo: Wireless connection on the wireless Rollo kept on disconnecting.
