Overall, my experience with Rollo has been fast and easy to use. It makes shipping simple and efficient, and I really like that they now have a rewards program. It’s a great added bonus and makes the experience even better.

Pros

Rollo makes shipping orders fast and easy. The setup is simple, the printing process is smooth, and it saves a lot of time when you’re getting multiple orders out the door. It’s also easy to keep track of shipments, which helps reduce mistakes and keeps everything organized. Overall, Rollo is a great tool for anyone who wants a faster, more efficient shipping workflow.

Cons

What I like least about Rollo is that the chatbot can be slow sometimes, but once you get a live agent, they are great and really helpful. There are still a few kinks to work out with the rewards program too.

Great experience so far! Connecting my Shopify website to my Rollo printer was so easy. I’ve now added the Rollo shipping scale to make shipping even more precise.

Pros

Easy to connect my website and the Rollo label printer. The app is super user friendly, simple, and fast

Cons

None! I’ve had zero issues. The Rollo app makes setting up your printer & scale easy. You can link your bank account or a card to purchase shipping freight.

Great! Such an ease in shipping. Rates are on par with all other platform discounts. Increased our shipping experience significantly.

Pros

Increase in shipping productivity. Ease of use of the online shipping platform. Rewards program is legit.

Cons

Nothing really yet. Will continue to use application and see if there is anything negative to come in the future. Better snipe integration. Lack of FedEx availability is all so far.

Rollo has been a dependable part of my shipping workflow. Once you get past the initial price of the hardware, the ongoing cost savings on labels and ink-free printing make it worthwhile. Would recommend to anyone shipping regularly.

Fast, reliable label printing with no ink costs. Setup was straightforward and it works seamlessly with major shipping platforms. Print quality is consistent and the labels feed without jams. A solid workhorse for a small business shipping operation.

Cons

The upfront cost of the printer is steep. For a small operation just getting started, the initial investment is a barrier — though it does pay for itself over time.

I returned an order worth about $1000 and covered the return shipping fee, which came to around $100. It's been three weeks since they received my return package, but I still haven't received my refund. Every time I inquire about it, they keep pushing back the refund date. Worst customer service ever!

I used the wireless Rollo previously which was convenient in the beginning. However, after few months of usage, I had issues connecting wirelessly.

Pros

My wired Rollo was very easy to setup. Printer really saved my time printing the labels especially during heavy shipment days.

Cons

Wired connection is reliable but I need to have my computer nearby the printer.

Had to contact customer service via the chat option and they were quick and truly helpful!

Pros

Recently, I purchased a Rollo thermal printer and I'm absolutely impressed with its performance. The setup process was a breeze, which was a pleasant surprise. Using it is just as easy, making my printing tasks much more efficient. What really stands out for me is the platform interface – it's not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly intuitive. This user-friendly design has significantly enhanced my printing experience. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a reliable and straightforward printing solution!

Cons

Haven't found anything that I dislike yet! I don't think I will. Maybe would be great to customize tracking emails sent out to customers.

Honestly the best printer I've ever used for my business.

Pros

The ease of use, also the fact that you never need to buy ink again so it will basically pay for itself down the road! It also prints very fast and the support is great.

Cons

The initial set up took me awhile but It's probably more user error than anything, as switching from 4x6 to 2x1 labels took me a few tries to figure out, otherwise once it was done, I never have to mess with the settings again!

Really enjoy their service and their products

Pros

very nice printer, easy to use, included 500 labels and the shipping program. Also very cost effective poly shipping envelopes.

Cons

Wix’s integration doesn’t work and their customer service blamed rollo, but rollo called and made it possible through their end.
