The Professional Services and Product Teams provide insightful training and will you get you up and running no matter your technical experience or expertise. Once you're in Conversa it's really easy to follow and track the usage of each storyfile and create new content. I highly recommend this product for educators, consultants, and coaches!

Pros

I love the ability to create a script in an organized manner, record answers to those questions, and link them to a client or student's personal, private learning center. It's a great way to augment their learning and can be incredibly focused and specific to their needs. The other part of creating a storyfile in Conversa that is helpful for my use case is the ability to create new and/or updated content at any time. It is an excellent feature for coaches or educators who want to be able to revamp their curriculum on a continual basis.

Pros

Conversa is easy to use and the use cases for creating storyfiles are quite literally endless. We are constantly thinking about what we can do next. It is a great tool for internal training (current use case) and also offers an interactive way to deliver "FAQ" or "About Us" information to website visitors. We're looking forward to creating future storyfiles and are proud to be first adopters of this wonderful technology!

Cons

In the beginning, it was difficult to search for topics and questions when creating a script. As early adopters, it was a bit difficult to navigate. The functionality for script building has changed dramatically since then. Now there is an entire library of topics and questions with a search function and an easy drag-and-drop feature. This was a game changer for us in script creation.
