Recommended! Pros Most amazing thing about hirenest is its pricing. It's very affordable even for a very early stage startup. It really helps to filter out bad candidates. Highly recommended. Pros User expierence is very good for a non-HR background person. It's easy to understand everything from the first glance. Pre built tests and ability to add custom questions give us quick and easy way to assess engineers. Cons I haven't found any yet. But with Hirenest, I conducted just six interviews and hired three people. It’s a game-changer for me, for sure. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. Pros I recently had to close three positions using Hirenest. It was a fantastic experience! I could easily create assessments for each role, as Hirenest provides templates for me (front-end developer, back-end developer, and QA engineer). Assessments included personality, cognitive aptitude, situational judgment, and skill proficiency tests. This helped me to better compare candidates before inviting them for an interview and filter out a lot of “pretenders”. Cons The support team was okay but could be faster. With an extensive library of pre made assessments I can create and tailor assessments that suite my hiring needs. The UI makes navigation intuitive and understandable from the first glance. Overall, Hirenest provides a effective solution for evaluating candidates. Pros A well designed and intuitive interface. They provide tests that are reliable and backed by research. Test variaty is huge advantage comparing to other platforms. I think its cheapest pre employment testing platform but more easy to use and efficient than much expnesive ones. Cons I would like more test related to beauty and cosmetics. Not sure if it's possible but would be great. Now I need to use custom question tool to adapt to my product needs. ATS is a very useful function because several hundred candidates are often invited, it is easy to manage them. Public assessment link is must have for me, eliminating the need to send hundreds different links. This tool had definitely made our recrutimetn process fasters and more efficient.
