The software delivers on all promises, the support staff are quick and responsive, the user interface is intuitive and easy to learn I recommend it to all my colleagues.

Pros

From sharpening my clinical skills to sending home exercises to patients ChiroUp does it all. We have been using this software for over 3 years and consider it a vital part of our pratice.

Cons

No complaints, easy to use full of great up to date info.

Great. But a little lazy on my end

Pros

Really helps with exercise prescription. Love the condition reports. The md updates have made it so we actually send them instead of forgetting about our template in google drive 😝

Cons

It’s be nice if there was a reminder set to follow up with mds, is love to see a \[sensitive content hidden\] compliant software integrated 🤩, and billing/ accounting/scheduling. A one stop software would be incredible!

### "Your Evidence Based ROF"

The report packet is great for a the ROF, we center the entire visit around that packet from Whats Going On, ADL Education, to Home and In Office Exercise. The system is very customizable. Love that it creates the MD letter

Quicker tutorial when site is updated or changed to find different

Whenever I needed to reach out for help they were there.

Pros

With all the distractions in being a chiropractor, a business owner and a manager stay true to you mission: to help your patients to the best of your ability. Chiro Up makes it much easier to provide comprehensive information to your patient in seconds. More importantly, staying current with the clinical materials will make you a more knowledgeable and confident chiropractor, and there is no better investment.

Cons

Nothing to be truthful but being super busy at the office all the time, I only take a fraction of the resources available. I would like to see more of a "health benefit of manipulation" research resources.

Overall experience is positive. The staff is tremendous in support and training.

Pros

Love the condition reports and exercises that have email, text or printable options for our patients along with video if needed. Nice that we can customize the exercises. Also, the Physician report to keep our referral physicians up to date is easy and professional. Another plus is the google reviews and the 30 day assessment eval. Let's us know how we are doing in the eyes of our patients.

Cons

I have not found any cons as of yet with ChiroUp. All features have been well though out and executed.

I love the ease of patient communication and the wealth of knowledge and applicable rehab that it gives.

Cons

The cost is a bit high but for the benefits I think it holds up. I wouldn't want it to cost much more though, i think it is priced well where it is.

Pros

Once set up is complete, ChiroUp saves myself and my staff time in prescribing exercises. It's also extremely useful for patients. They love that there are videos included.

Cons

Sometimes the standard instructions for stretches are too complex for certain patient types. However, for those, I just change the instructions.

Chiroup is a great tool for not only our practice but for our patients.

Pros

Chiro Up makes it very easy to use and is very beneficial in our everyday office work. The videos that are sent with the exercises make the patient feel confident when they go home that they are doing it correctly.

Cons

It was hard to get used to once ChiroUp updated but once it all went through it became more user friendly.

Printing off condition reports and exercises for patients is easy. The condition reference feature is an up-to-date quick review of the most common conditions chiropractors treat. It is easy to quickly review symptoms, exam findings, and treatments for multiple conditions.

Cons

I wish there was a way to send patient condition reports by text instead of email. I find a lot of people do not check their email.
