Pros Quadrant provides deep visibility into our network and systems allowing us to respond to malicious or anomalous activity quickly to ensure a secure and stable environment. Cons I still haven't nailed down the syntax and capabilities for searching through logs for pertinent data. This is not a big deal, however, as the Incident Response assistance that Quadrant offers allows me to work directly with their team when I need to understand what happened during any incident.
