Dokin is definitely an impressive easy-to-use solution for real-time data analysis and presentation in Google Workspace. With seamless integrations with various apps, it automates the process of creating insightful reports in seconds.Although I have only tested it, I am impressed by its versatility and the ability to automate presentations, spreadsheets, and documents. The application is ideal for sales. While I haven’t had the opportunity to use it for automating client reportings yet, I believe Dokin has the potential to streamline the process and improve efficiency in generating and updating reports.

Pros

Dokin allows me to easily sync multiple sources data in a way that allows me to track financial, marketing and operational data in one place. This kind of tool shows you to gather real intelligence that have resulted in a deeper understanding of my organization and increases in our decision making efficiency

Cons

Integrations will never be complete but they are working quickly to add all the main ones like QuickBooks

We are currently using Dokin in order to automate our monthly reports on sales performance as well as financials. My biggest fear going in was mostly the ease of use, however I have to admit that I was extremely surprised on how easy the tool was.As well, probably the thing that stood out the most was the assistance and support that we have received from Dokin. Their team was extremely eager to help and willing to accommodante all of our requests.

Pros

\-Customer support.-Automatic updates of slides.-Integration with HubSpot

Cons

Dokin is currently not available for Microsoft.

Pros

We rely on Dokin to automate data extraction from HubSpot and Airtable to Google Sheets and Slide, enabling us to create customized reports effortlessly. This powerful tool has revolutionized our processes, saving us considerable time and effort.

Cons

Dokin is seriously impressive when it comes to pulling and refreshing entire datasets exactly when we need them. And it's not just limited to Google Sheets, it's also connected to Docs and Slides, which is amazing for building nice and connected reports. Filters are really intuitive and user-friendly.
