Information Systems Specialist Higher Education Used the software for: 2+ years ### "ConsignO Cloud gets the job done!" September 5, 2023 4.0 The implementation was fairly smooth and quick. Currently we are using ConsignO Cloud as a standalone but could explore integrating with workflow tools to make signing documents more seamless for some end users. Pros We had it set up within a few weeks and immediately folks started to use it. The sandbox environment was helpful to get comfortable with using the system, but really ConsignO Cloud is intuitive and easy to use. Adding multiple sheets and dropping notes and signature zones is straightforward. Cons The only thing that is a challenge for us is that it is typical our users have 2 valid email addresses that resolve to one account so we have to ensure that those seeking signatures use the correct email format so that the SSO authentication works for them to sign. The other thing that would be great would be if there was a way to sync our organization users in the address book. President & CEO Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Lawyer Take on ConsignO Cloud" August 4, 2023 5.0 We have embedded ConsignO Cloud in all of our workflows and processes requiring auditable and/or legally reliable documents. We especially like that signers can be identified as francophone or anglophone and the platform will accordingly communicate with them in their designated language. Pros At its core, I expect an electronic signature platform to output legally reliable and authentic documents. "Authenticity" means that everything that is required to "prove" the veracity of signer information and the integrity of the document itself is self-contained in the document. ConsignO Cloud does that, and more, by affixing cryptography protection to every signature event. Cons The current inability (to my knowledge) to create dynamic signature templates, i.e. signature zones associated with a person or role that could move in a document when the document is generated. As I understand it, templates in ConsignO Cloud require signature zones to always be in the same page in the same spot. The software's user-friendly, robust and the document management process couldn’t be any simpler. Pros The customer service is exceptional and I’ve experienced professionalism and promptness on the few occasions we’ve had to open a ticket for support. Cons We dislike the monthly charges. ConsignO is intuitive and easy to use which made this giant shift in our work as painless as possible and enabled work to continue in uncertain times. Cons I think ConsignO is a great product and delivers exactly what it needs to be with ease of use. However, I feel this product could be improved such as improved interactivity within a document (e.g. the ability for an initial signer to determine whether or not the signature project should be escalated to an additional signer or if their approval/signature is sufficient without the need to edit the initial project afterwards).I have also had less than stellar experiences with support - slow to respond, non-sufficient answers, etc. Review Source KA Karine A. It was short and easy tool to learn. Pros Having access to an affordable signature tool that allowed for multiple signers and tracking significantly save our document signature process time and money. Cons The email adress where the signature request comes from should be aligned with the client email adress so it does not look like a fishing email to the recipient signer. Pros Nous utilisons essentiellement la signature électronique afin de faire signer les documents administratifs et légaux pour les détaillants qui vendent de la loterie pour notre organisation. La plateforme est facile d'utilisation et nous obtenons rapidement les signatures permettant de finaliser les dossiers. Cons La seule suggestion que je pourrais faire est d'extension la durée de conservation des projets de 3 à 6 mois. August 10, 2023 4.0 Dans l'ensemble, positive, on l'a recommandé à d'autres directions Pros Rapidité de la signature, facilité de déploiement Cons \- Projets individuels ne sont pas visibles par les gestionnaires, si le groupe n'est pas sélectionné. Voir à donner ce privilège aux admins et gestionnaires afin qu'ils puissent tout voir, peu importe que cela soit mis en individuel ou groupe- Possibilité de modifier un projet dans les cas de refus de signature, sans que cela devienne un nouveau projet. Dans les cas de refus et qu'il n'y a pas encore de signature, on aurait souhaité pouvoir modifier le projet sans avoir à en créer un nouveau- Double signature si une même personne doit signer deux fois mais à deux moments différents non disponible. Exemple, signataire ne peut signer document 1, attendre que quelqu'un ait signé document 2 pour aller ensuite signer document 3- Option signature et commentaire en même temps non disponible (Par exemple signer et indiquer pourquoi ou ne pas signer et en indiquer la raison)- Motif de refus: nombre de caractère trop limité pour inscrire les raisons du refus. En plus, aucun moyen de justifier le texte lors du refus (surligné, couleur, bullet point, etc)- Moteur de recherche pas assez user friendly.
