It's a nice go to tool when needing a smart ai with brains and can somewhat understand fully what your work involves. **Pros:** Let's start by saying I started using ChatGPT for the last 2-3 years it's been ok besides glitches it has like all ai. I use it to help me with ai prompting content to adjust prompting. It's also great at it's images when needing a quick but good image generated. I use ChatGPT everyday to help me to organise my work and far as the value with it being free that is what I use due to I pay for other ai and don't use chatgpt for hours on end so see no use in paying for a subscrption when I only use it here and there everyday dfor short jobs. Far as customer support they are good at getting back to you quickly once in a great while it will take a bit of time all depends on the hour of the day. Far as security of keeping things safe I had no problem with the security part but like all ai platforms your in the cloud so if the company doesn't keep things under lock and key anyone is vaunable . And far as content marketing never heard my friends complain ablout it they use it for that more than I do. But overall a solid ai to use and to turn to. **Cons:** The thing I least like is when it has it's glitch you ask the ai to create something and it saids it created it but find out it creates half of what you ask for instead of the full creation. Another thing is doesn't do well with staying busy it stops and chat's sometimes more than just getting things done as asked but I fully understand it's ai they will sometimes be inconsistant. As someone who works across product thinking, research, and documentation, I find it especially effective for turning rough ideas and scattered information into structured, usable output. It helps me move faster, reduce context switching, and produce more polished work. At the same time, it still works best with an attentive human in the loop. For me, its value comes not just from generating text, but from helping me think more clearly, organize complexity, and keep work moving. **Pros:** What stands out most to me is how much ChatGPT has evolved beyond a basic chat tool. The Canvas workspace, in particular, is a meaningful improvement for real work. When I’m drafting product requirements, refining messaging, or synthesizing research, being able to edit and iterate on specific sections side by side with the AI removes much of the friction that used to come from constant copying and pasting. I’ve also found GPT-5.5 especially useful for more complex thinking, like mapping feature logic, pressure-testing assumptions, and identifying edge cases in user flows that are easy to miss. The integrations with tools like Google Workspace and Slack also make a real difference. Instead of feeling like a standalone app, ChatGPT works more like a connected part of my workflow, making it easier to move from research and planning to communication and execution. **Cons:** Accuracy is still a limitation. ChatGPT is very capable, but it can produce confident-sounding errors, especially in technical analysis or niche research, so I don’t treat it as something I can trust without review. I’ve also run into moments where the safety restrictions feel overly cautious. There are times when it hesitates or refuses to engage with legitimate business questions involving sensitive topics, and that can create friction when I’m looking for objective analysis.
