In this application you will find information on all types of subjects. Pros Clarity and quantity of information. Any subject you search for is answered with a large amount of detail and relevant information and you can delve deeper into the subject and the application provides more information, which I consider very relevant. July 23, 2024 4.0 ChatGPT is like a super-smart assistant for us Support Advisors. It helps us quickly find answers to tricky questions that aren't in our regular info. ChatGPT can also assist support advisors by providing personalized recommendations for common issues, generating automated responses for frequently asked questions, and offering real-time language translation capabilities to communicate with merchants in their preferred language. It is a boon for us especially while we are chatting with three merchants at the same time. Pros It is like a miracle to work with ChatGPT. I am a Chat SUpport Advisor and our campaign has information so vast that no one could answer the merchant's query by just looking at our knowledge base, so we have to use ChatGPT all the time for the queries. We copy paste the merchant's queries and GPT answers them like a Support Advisor. We also use it to correct grammar and rephrase our messages. Cons Sometimes ChatGPT doesn't follow the prompts we share with it. It replies with something random so we have to feed with a very big prompt which consumes time. Its data source is also old now so any recent changes in the information is not reflected in it's answers. Copilot and Perplexity are good but often find myself using ChatGPT as it just gets whatever you ask it done at the first attempt. With Perplexity for example, it sometimes did not understand the query. Pros It is becoming more and more accurate and now the free version includes images and file lookup. The "Explore GPTs" many people never navigate in the menus but this is a gold mine if you want to get more specific as you have many tools for programming, research analysis or education. GPT-4o is like your omniscient friend, it can help with anything and you can just have a conversation with it about anything and it sounds scary natural. Cons GPT-4o is good but I'm sometimes experiencing latencies or it disconnects even if the internet connection is steady. It's relatively new so I guess it will get better. Switched from [Perplexity](https://www.capterra.com/p/10014721/Perplexity/)[GitHub Copilot](https://www.capterra.com/p/10011215/Copilot/) I tried Perplexity as an alternative to ChatGPT as Perplexity was able to synthesize information from files which was not available in ChatGPT (Free) but I wasn't able to obtain the results I wanted and not sure if my prompting was wrong using Perplexity or if it capabilities were limited back then. Pros If you need are text processing or some slightly simple request that can save you a minute on google search then it s perfect. Very good also for language related issues like translation or localization. Cons The service is very often down for paid user too. The ai get often stuck in their mind, for exemple you ask one thing it will eply wrong, you point the error he will keep making it, you need to clear the chat and start a new one with a modified prompt to kind of reset his memory. If you have a new business, this is a goldmine b/c while you may not be able to afford a marketer right off that bat, you can use Chat to make doing it yourself easier! Pros Sorry not sorry, but ChatGPT is awesome. Yes, in the beginning there were some issues, but what software doesn't have that when it first launches?! Now, let's get into what makes this what you need. I've literally replaced google with it for a LOT of things. I've used it to help me come up with icebreakers or group activities for my speaking engagements and 1:1 clients.
