### "Good test management solution!"

September 5, 2023

I tried Tuskr and some other tools for performing testing for our new site and the implementation couldn't be smoother. Team members also praised Tuskr for the simple and uncluttered environment.

Pros

The best part about Tuskr is it is easy to get used to. I don't have prior experience with test management tools but still I got familiar to Tuskr's environment really easily. Importing and exporting test cases is helpful in our case. Custom fields give a personalized touch to the information stored in the test cases.

Cons

Reporting options are limited. Only 4 reports available. Would be nice if more reporting options are added. It would be helpful for overseeing the progress.

Overall very happy with this product where the features they provide for free are paid ones in other similar tools!

Pros

Almost all the basic features we require from the test management tool are completely free!

Cons

There is a need to run the test run at least for few times per some days. Otherwise, our account may be terminated.

### "Tuskr is Simple, Efficient and Affordable"

August 27, 2023

4.0

Pros

Tuskr has a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate and understand. Testcases are created and organized in a section-wise manner within test suites, making them easy to maintain. Roles and permissions can be set up to ensure that only appropriate users have access to certain features. Additionally, the csv import feature makes it very easy to import test cases. Last but not the least it has very generous pricing plans as compared to other products that offer similar set of features.

Cons

There are no major cons that I have observed till now, however a slight improvement in the UI could help in making the product more aesthetically pleasing.

### "Tuskr works great"

July 27, 2023

5.0

Overall i've had a good experience with Tuskr vs competators

Pros

You can start out free with five users or less. And it's inexpensive to add users if you need them. I'm able to see how my tests are performing and what the results are.

Cons

Kicking of the same test wasn't straight forward. I'd like to see the option to take a completed test and "run again" or clone it to run again.

Reason for choosing Tuskr

I've used TestRail in the past, and it was expensive and cumbersom

### "Intuitive, Reliable, and Built for QA Teams"

August 7, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with Tuskr has been great. It’s easy to use, fast, and helps our team stay organized during testing. The interface is clean, the features cover everything we need for manual test management, and the Jira integration is a big plus. It’s a tool that just works without getting in the way.

Pros

The interface is clean, test cases are simple to manage, and everything just works without needing much setup or training. It’s fast and helps our QA team stay organized.

Cons

Works well overall, but it’s missing a few advanced features. For example, integrations with other tools are limited, and reporting could be more flexible. It would also be great to have mbulk editing options to speed things up.

### "Simple, Reliable & Efficient Test Management Tool"

August 22, 2025

5.0

I use Tuskr as a QA team member. My primary role involves writing and executing test cases, managing test cycles, and tracking the progress of testing across various modules of the product.

Pros

Tuskr has a very clean and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to get started without much training. I especially like how organized the test cases and test runs are. Features like custom fields, reusable test steps, and integrations with tools like Jira make the testing process more streamlined. The performance is great, and the support team is quick to respond when needed.

Cons

So far, I haven’t faced any major issues. However, I feel that the reporting and analytics section could be more detailed. Adding more advanced filters or customizable dashboards would make it even more powerful for teams handling large projects.

### "Test Management Made Simpler"

February 8, 2025

5.0

The main pain point that Tuskr has identified is test management. From earlier times, we were doing our test cases creation, handling manually. But with Tuskr software, it is possible to automate all these things and save our time. I am benefitted a lot with its features, doing testing easily saving my money, time and resources. It provides enterprise level features and ease of use. Tuskr’s versatile integration with Jenkins, Github, Cypress, Selenium etc. is of great use. It easily imports data, and we can do all our further operations.

Pros

Tuskr is a great software and power packed test management tool which makes testing very easy. It’s user interface is very simple and with this tool we can write amazing test cases. We can add different filters as per our need during test runs. It provides different features like custom fields, spreadsheet, bulk edit etc. It’s best feature is that we can analyze all the test cases visually through dashboards and workload charts. It helps in planning more and improving efficiency. Apart from all these features provided by Tuskr it seamlessly integrates with CI/CD and DevOps tools like Cypress, Jenkins. It’s Command line interface makes it easy to attach log files, test results. Automated test cases run very fast. If a test suite is deleted by mistake, we can easily restore it thus saving a lot of time. Tusk provides great security and encryption to it’s users. We can easily audit logs who changed it and when the change was made.

Cons

The main disliked feature is its pricing vs benefits. In the free plan number of users and projects are limited. In the paid plans also, the maximum benefit is in Enterprise plan which is costly. So, as a small development team sometimes cost plays an important to choose a software. As an end user I want best results within my budget and expenses. Overall, feature wise it’s all good apart from pricing structure.

### "Unvaluable - Tool"

November 22, 2024

We found tuskr.app the most valuable tools for test case management needs, its interface and features have helps us lot to streamlined the workflow, which allow us to work for mission instead of administrative task. So, we are using this app frequently, but I use twice a week just to check the visualisation of the data and also it really best easy to learn & implement. The best part is that it can easily track the progress and allocating the resources. Tuskr.app has the best customer support executives who are always ready to help and assist in any issues at any time.

Pros

### "Evaluating Tuskr: The Go-To Solution for Modern Test Management"

October 20, 2024

5.0

One of the first problems it solves would be how many test cases and workflows are to be managed; a lot of test cases bring chaos because they are very complex to manage, where using Tuskr allows the organization and tracking of the test case to be done in a central platform, hence reducing the type of chaos that is quickly amplified in manual testing processes.

Pros

What I love most about Tuskr is its all-inclusive and encompassing capabilities for test management, making the quality assurance process so much more manageable. It is entertaining and a piece of cake to write, manage, and track test cases through this kind user-friendly interface; thus, it hikes the productivity of individual testers as well as teams.

Cons

Tuskr has much strength points at the same time in some sections it can be improved. An important disadvantage is that access to the advanced features is not that smooth, which might require some students to take a while before getting used to them.

### "Excellent tool for managing Test flows"

July 26, 2023

4.0

Overall, Tuskr's ease of use and seamless integration have made it an invaluable asset to my daily routine. Its user-friendly interface and compatibility with my existing tools have significantly improved my productivity and overall efficiency. I highly recommend Tuskr to anyone seeking a software solution that effortlessly enhances their workflow and simplifies their tasks.

Pros

One of the standout features of Tuskr is its remarkable ease of use. From the moment I started using it, I found the interface to be intuitive and user-friendly. Navigating through the software and accessing its various functionalities was a breeze, allowing me to quickly adapt and make the most of its capabilities.

Cons

While Tuskr excels in terms of functionality and usability, one area where I believe there is room for improvement is the user interface (UI) in terms of aesthetics. Although the UI is straightforward and easy to navigate, it could benefit from a more visually appealing design.

### "Nice tool for non-complex test runs"

November 6, 2023

5.0

Quite nice tool, which fulfills our needs for 100%.

Pros

It's exceptionally easy to use, and it's relatively cheap. It has a number of integrations (however it's also a disadvantage, that it doesn't have integration with Monday.com). It really increases the productivity of Q&A.

Cons

Limited integrations (e.g., monday.com), reporting could be more comprehensive. Not sure, if it will be suitable for big enterprise organizations since the functionality is pretty aimed at small-mid size companies. Hence, small-mid size companies can benefit from a relatively cheap and good solution.

### "Good product to help manage your tests"

April 3, 2024

4.0

Pros

Customizing fields and sorting make test case management easy to handle. The TCM's swift menu adjustments and dynamic graphs enhance the user experience, making it a delight to use.

Cons

Few points which I do not dislike as such but can be improved. One is the ability to write longer tests. Another thing is that the UI when it comes to modifications like adding a new field, editing a field, etc requires few clicks and the path is slightly ambiguous.

The only reason we went with Tuskr is it was easy to use even if the primary purpose of the software is meant for IT development and Test case management.

Pros

We used tuskr to test our design assemblies, we had a lot of parts which needed to be tested before the final product can be released.

Cons

Tool is made for IT software development testing so we had to add a lot of custom fields to make sure it worked the way we wanted.

### "Test Management System with an Effective Design and Useful AI Elements"

July 1, 2026

4.0

Tuskr is assessed through conducting a student portal testing project sample in order to explore how its process works and assess its usability. My evaluation included such steps as organizing test cases into suites, creating both positive and negative testing scenarios, conducting testing sessions, investigating the dashboard reporting feature, and using AI Assistant in the generation of initial test cases. It turned out that it was quite easy to use and start working on it, as well as the fact that all testing activities were conveniently located in one place. Dashboards and reports made it possible to trace the results of the testing process, and AI Assistant helped to save time on the initial stages of the process. Advanced features may need some investigation at first, but the learning curve is rather smooth.

Pros

I tested Tuskr through the development of a student portal testing project sample and noticed that the entire process is quite well-structured and simple to follow. Writing test suites, developing positive and negative test cases, and running tests have been very easy thanks to the user-friendly interface. I found the reporting dashboard useful since it provided an insight into tests that were passed, failed, blocked, and pending. I really enjoyed using the AI Assistant since it was easy to get suggestions for the initial set of test cases.

Cons

Though the platform proved easy to learn, there were a few advanced features that needed to be explored to use intuitively. As a novice, I had to figure out how various features like reports, test runs, and settings of the projects work together. The AI Assistant is handy in coming up with ideas, though the test cases created through this feature may have to be refined manually.

### "Reliable and User-Friendly Test Management Platform"

July 8, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Tuskr has been very positive. It simplifies the test management process, improves collaboration across teams, and helps keep testing organized throughout the software development lifecycle. The interface is user-friendly, performance is reliable, and it works well for both small and growing QA teams.

Pros

Tuskr is intuitive and easy to use, making test case management and execution straightforward. I especially liked its clean interface, customizable workflows, test planning features, and integrations with popular bug tracking and CI/CD tools. Collaboration between QA and development teams is smooth, and reporting provides good visibility into testing progress.

Cons

While the platform is feature-rich, some advanced customization and reporting options could be more flexible. The initial setup for larger projects can take some time, and a few integrations could offer deeper functionality.
