Gewoon goed: er is snel mee te werken, en er zijn ook geen dure consultancy-uren nodig om er mee om te leren gaan.

Pros

Voor onze situatie heeft Cirqll als voordeel dat er geen functies in zitten die we niet gebruiken. Andere grote pluspunten zijn dat zowel Cirqll als partner Shock Media ISO 27001 gecertificeerd zijn, dat het een NL bedrijf is en dat de gegevens in Nederland worden opgeslagen.

Cons

Ik heb tot nog toe geen nadelen van Cirqll ontdekt, en ik denk ook niet dat die er nog gaan komen. Voor ons werkt dit gewoon zoals we willen.

Vanaf dag één geeft het programma ons veel inzicht. In Cirqll is het opvolgen van leads erg makkelijk en dit geeft rust. Een zeer positieve ervaring en wij raden het iedereen aan.

Pros

Cirqll biedt ons veel inzicht en gemak tijdens ons verkooptraject. Het programma is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk.

Tot op heden hebben wij bij het gebruik van Cirqll nog geen nadelen ervaren.

Door de jaren heen met 10+ CRM systemen gewerkt. Deze systemen waren allen zeer compleet, en daarmee in staat om een grote, soms zelf multinationals, te automatiseren. Dat brengt een hoop onnodige functies met zich mee. Gevolg daarvan is een forse implementatie, uitgebreide instructies en vaak veel gedoe om functies te omzeilen in dagelijks gebruik. Cirqll is wat mij betreft enig in zijn soort! De eerste CRM die 1:1 toepasbaar is op onze handelsorganisatie. Precies die functies die we nodig hebben om onze salesprocessen te managen. Geen integratie. investeer een middag en je kan vol aan de bak. Wat een feest!

\- Alles wat wij nodig hebben. Maar vooral ook niet meer. - Super intuïtief. Eénmalige instructie voldoet absoluut. - Geen implementatie. Account aanmaken. Koppelen. Klaar. - Prettige vormgeving. - Top App!

Cons

\- Op dit moment is het nog niet mogelijk om mijn exchange account te koppelen.

I like your simplicity. Every day I check the program to see what's going on. This gives me control over the matter.

Pros

I think it is a nice CRM system. You get value for your money. The people behind this brand are also easy to reach and are always happy to help you.

Cons

Sometimes the app crashes. They have put more focus on the page solution instead of the app.
