"Easy to use tool."

**Pros:** Easy of use both for the end user and the administration, with tools to both prevent and investigation for in wanted software.

**Cons:** There are times where Admin by request does have some limitations and can't finish the job. Have had windows recovery freeze after requesting admin access.

"A Must Have Solution in 2024"

**Overall:** Admin By Request has been in place for over 2 years. It really simplified our IT management, empowered our users to perform their own software updates and software installations for allowed software. It has reduced our IT tickets significantly and overall made us much more secure as an organization.

**Pros:** The simplicity of setting it up and the ease of approvals with a variety of approval methods available. We chose to use the Teams Webhook for approval review. Our users didn't even notice they no longer had admin rights, their software just worked and updated!

**Cons:** The pin code process is tedious to find the machine and enter the PIN. Aside from that, it's an incredible product.
