While the software is easy to use and has a promising concept, it consistently fails to deliver on its core functionality. Projects wouldn’t convert to video, AI tools were ineffective, and customer support offered no real solutions, just repeated advice to clear my browser cache. Attempts to resolve issues through upgrades and technical support led to more problems, including missing images in templates and unresponsive communication. Despite investing time and effort, I was left with unreliable results and unresolved issues. In short, Doodle Maker did not meet expectations and proved to be more trouble than it was worth. Pros Doodle Maker is easy to use. The interface is intuitive, and getting started with projects, whether from scratch or using templates, is straightforward, even for beginners. Cons \- Projects often fail to convert to video, even after hours of work. - AI tools are ineffective and offer little real assistance. - Customer support is unhelpful, repeatedly suggesting to clear browser cache. - Refund requests are ignored or deflected with upgrade offers. - Deluxe version introduces new issues, templates editing lose images upon selection. - Technical support is unreliable, with missed appointments and poor communication.
