We've been able to cut on some unused apps from day one. Excellent return on investment regarding their pricing and time needed for the setup. Pros We used to monitor our SaaS spendings in a spreadsheet which was often inaccurate. Thanks to LicenceOne, this data is now always up-to-date. Usage tracking of the apps helped us to avoid spendings for SaaS that aren't used anymore in the company. Cons It's missing a couple features such as an application access review logging. Step by step, I came to realize the overall budget for SaaS subscriptions was only increasing. In just a few clicks, LicenceOne gave me visibilty accross the SaaS usage in the company. Now we are able to monitor our SaaS expenses in a data-driven way. And eventually get them to decrease! Cons The employee offboarding feature needs a bit of improvement. The numbers were 3 times more than what we had anticipated. Savings came from day one with all the licences we started to discard. For its reasonable pricing compared to other options, LicenceOne is for one if not the most cost-effective SaaS management platform. Cons I wish I could also upload and store contracts from the SaaS we are using. They don't offer negotiation services, nor discounts. Still, LicenceOne provides me with all the necessary material (especially usage tracking) to decide which subscriptions should be kept or not.
