Absolutely terrible. They hound you to get you on board, then once they have your bank info, they disappear.

Pros

Nothing. I have been trying to contact them for 7 months after they started taking money out of my bank account. 6 months they have not responded or provided any services.

Cons

They have taken $200 a month out of my bank account for 6 months and have not provided any services. I have called, sent emails with no response. After 4 months I finally filled out a demo form as a new customer. Took less than 2 hours to get a salesman to call me. Of course I have not heard anything back after I explained. Salesman \[sensitive content hidden\] called me 3 x's a week until I finally agreed to the one month free trial. We set up a time the following week to link them to our web page. 3 days before that was supposed to happen, I had a major heart attack. When I missed the appointment, \[sensitive content hidden\] was back to calling every other day. Since we were still in the free demo time frame, I told \[sensitive content hidden\] that I wanted to cancel everything until I decided if I was going to sell my business or not. They do not have access to my website. They never added their app to my website. They have provided absolutely no services whatsoever for us. The only thing they have done is withdraw money every month for 6 months and avoid answering or returning any messages. They are thieves and liars. You will not be able to cancel your "Free Trial". Take a look at their webpage. You will notice the only way to contact them is through a demo request. There is no phone number or address for them listed anywhere. How do you run a business in this day and age without contact information? BEWARE!!!
