With that we are able to have an exercise customer experience and score highly in the CSAT.

Cons

Everything with the tool works well but they need to work on the user interface. The interface is old school.

Cons

Summitry is overall perfect, fantastic and awesome solution for performance reviews. But cost is my concern because it is costly as compared to the others solutions available in the market.

The better part is that the tool has the ability to classify the response as positive, neutral or negative. With that we are able to know the best way to respond. We also use the tool to conduct surveys and polls.

Cons

As for my usage and interaction, integration with third party softwares was OK, it's an easy to use. Generally no worries with the tool.
