It helped us improve our teams efficiency and performance. With its latest tools it makes it very easy to manage your teams performance.

Pros

With weekly reports of teams performance you can manage where your team is lacking and improve your performance in that area.

Cons

The reports are not 100% accurate other than it works pretty well.

Pros

It allows you to evaluate your teams performance by surveys and questionnaires. it allows helps you to improve your teams agility.

Cons

It is great and i haven't faced any issues customer support could be better but it's not a deal breaker.

Cons

So far so good and have not experience any downfalls.
