My overall experience has been positive. I have received a huge amount of training since starting to use the app. The app has also helped me streamline my work and focus on more important tasks onsite knowing that all my documentations and trainings are on the platform and that I will be notified if any of our direct staff or sub contractors have expirations pending. I would recommend Boxcore to any companies for managing safety.

Pros

I value using Boxcore daily because of its intuitive design and practical functionality, which streamlines my management of site safety — from document control to overseeing training and ensuring compliance with minimum site requirements. The account management and support we have received as an organisation is second to none and \[sensitive content hidden\] are always there to offer the support and guidance to help us get the most out of the platform and add new features recommended by us or other clients.

Cons

There are not many cons with Boxcore, the one con that comes to mind was the visibility of assets on the platform but has now been resolved. This was a small glitch when updates where added.

Overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Customer service is head and shoulders above anything I have ever experienced before and it is so easy to use. It has been a game changer for our company.

Pros

Customer Service is second to none. \[sensitive content hidden\] in particular has been really helpful and ensured a seamless transition from our previous software.

Cons

I actually don't have any negative comments on Boxcore. I do remember one slight issue a few weeks ago. I called the team and the issue was rectified within minutes. They were also really grateful that I informed them of the problem.

Overall experience, while still relatively new to our company, has been great so far. The Boxcore team are always available and super helpful.

Pros

Boxcore has streamlined our safety reporting across all projects which is defitnely one of the things I like most about it and also bringing everyone onto the same page with regards to safety, while also being a user-friendly software.

Cons

I think the scanning of cards can be difficult sometimes. For instance, the most common card on the jobsite in the SST card and when the card is scanned to pick up details it seems to struggle picking up letter/number combos on cards. EG: 123456ABC

I have used many systems over the years with different companies and when I was informed we were getting Boxcore I just thought, yet another! From the moment I started using it I knew it was a simple, straight forward, and user friendly. The very few times I have needed any technical support I have used the chat forum and always get a very quick response with a quick resolution to the issue.

Pros

Boxcore for me has made a massive improvement to the way documents are controlled on site. As the admin for the whole site I really like the way sub-contractors are made responsible for their own teams with a very easy overview from me. No-one gets on site without the basic 3 requirements and head office can see at a glance if I am completing my responsibilities fully. I have had several H&S audits and passed with flying colours with high praise for the Boxcore system and the ease of use. Having our company inductions and on-boarding forms on the system has in general sped up getting people on to site and working, We have some work to do from our company side to make this better but that is defiantly not an issue with Boxcore.

Cons

Only improvements I could recommend is a better system for GA3 documentation as they have to be done every 7 days and as such it is always showing as orange (due to expire) rather than green, my OCD has an issue with this as do like my Dashboard to show green as much as possible. I would like them to turn orange 2 days to expiring.

Excellent and really easy to use. Makes site teams days much easier

Pros

Boxcore gives the site management excellent control of Sub contractors safety documents. The face ID scanner at the site entrance is also a really good feature, it gives the site team easy access to see who is on site, and makes fire drills really easy to co-ordinate. The boxcore team are also very helpful (Jodie and Padraig) they are always available to help with new features and to help with training new sub contractors.

Cons

Personally i have never had any issues with Boxcore

A very enjoyable experience using the system and working with the Boxcore team.

Pros

It gives me easy access to view training records for all workers across all our projects.

Cons

All workers require a valid safe pass and manual handling cert to access construction sites and I would like to be able to flag if any of these are missing. A worker could have 10 valid training records on the Boxcore system but could be missing the mandatory Safe Pass or Manual Handling cert so they would not be compliant with legislation without these.

Pros

We are currently in the early stages of implementing Boxcore into our business, so far we are very impressed! This platform is incredibly well-designed, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy to navigate and use, even for beginners.
