Pros

Wine Hub is intuitive and easy to use. A lot of topics are covered in the FAQ so it's easy to get started. The product database and the way it integrates with the LWIN database is very useful. Reports are easy to generate, so it's easy to extract the data you need. The support function is good - you can access advice easily and usually quickly.

Cons

There are a few missing features that need to be added. The database has the odd inaccuracy. The FAQ could be expanded and it could be easier to search.

Very positive. The level of technical support/service is exceptionally prompt and always helpful.

Pros

For my role, building out the product card/product imager/critic comments is a fluid, user-friendly experience. The ease of dragging/dropping images saves a lot of time; similarly loading critic reviews.

Cons

There are ongoing issues with customers not being able to access either their portfolio tracker or entry into our connected website that are linked to primary email addresses on the database. They are issues that have required recourse to the dev team, and in some cases have taken some time to resolve.

Overall, things have been great. The nuances of the wine trade that they have captured on the platform is great and the service has been excellent.

Pros

As our managed inventory grew, we needed software to help us maintain our stock. Being tailored to wine and spirits, Wine Hub has been great!

Cons

We had to manually upload much of our stock which was time consuming, but overall nothing to big to complain about.

Wine Hub is a well built system that does the things it says it will do logically and has good functionality and customisation in terms of notifications to clients for landing wines etc which our previous system did not.We greatly appreciate the regular development calls we have with the Wine Hub team to discuss any issues we may be having and their upcoming developments to continually improve it.In the 18 months we have been using the Wine Hub it is increasingly a better system to use.

Pros

The development team are open to making amendments to how things work to improve functionality and ease of use.Everything also seems to function as intended, if you tell it to do something it will do that thing, not something random like other systems I have used.

Cons

There is very limited informtion available for audit trails. If you have cancelled orders for a specific wine that order will still appear in the list of sales for that product with no initial indication it is cancelled until you go into the order itself.That has been raised with the team and is being looked at as a future development though so that may change.

I like the usability of the Wine Hub, it's easy enough to figure your way around the whole system and find that it's clear and colourful to read. Placing an Sales Order has a good flow and each step is clear.

Cons

There are a few things that could be made better - my current issue is the transfer section but I know this is being worked on. \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team are great at helping out with any issues that arise.

Ease of use - great UI compared to other software. Constant development - any issues are fixed/worked on once they have been brought to their attention. Great support - always reply quickly with advice/solutions.
