"Great software for Linkedin Outreach in scale."

Pros: I like a lot of things. But will mention some parts I liked most. I love the flow builder, I have sales navigator in my 1 account, but I can scrape leads and use them on all of my accounts in the software. Which saves a lot money . Even I don't have to login or manage different tabs on browser.

Cons: More reach text features needed. I Saw the roadmap hope they will bring it.

"A Reliable Game-Changer for Scalable LinkedIn Outreach"

Overall: We originally used Skylead for LinkedIn outreach, and it was honestly a nightmare—between constant connection issues, limited scalability, and the endless toggling between accounts, it felt like we were spending more time troubleshooting than actually running campaigns. HeyReach has been the exact opposite experience. It’s allowed us to scale our LinkedIn outreach effortlessly. The ability to automate outreach across unlimited profiles at a fixed cost has made a huge difference for us, especially since we can now reach over 1,000 leads weekly without a ton of manual effort. The unified inbox is a lifesaver—having all replies in one place means we don’t waste time logging in and out of accounts. There’s a bit of upkeep required to keep accounts connected, but once everything’s up and running, it’s incredibly smooth. Plus, HeyReach’s support team has been fantastic whenever we need help.

Pros: What I liked most about HeyReach was the scalability. Being able to automate LinkedIn outreach across unlimited profiles at a fixed cost is a game-changer for any lead-gen team. The unified inbox saves so much time by keeping all responses in one place, so we’re not constantly logging in and out of profiles. It’s simple, efficient, and miles ahead of other tools we’ve tried.

Cons: The only drawback is keeping the profiles connected consistently—it requires some maintenance since sessions can expire or need to be reconnected periodically. But the HeyReach support team has been responsive and helpful when we run into issues, so it’s manageable.
