Die Einfachheit und das alles völlig aelbsterklärend ist.

Cons

Das in einer kalkulation, einzelne Materialien nicht "fixiert" werden können. Wenn ich z.B. eine Dachrinne habe in 10m Länge, benötige ich auserdem auch einen Einlaufstutzen. Wenn ich nun einen in die Kalkulation reinpacke, habe ich hinterher 10 stück davon. Pro Meter einen.... also muss ich in der kalkulation 0,1 Stück hinterlegen. Also völlig umständlich...

Eine runde Lösung die sich an den tatsächlichen Erfordernissen im Alltag des Handwerks orientiert. Kein unnötiges Schnickschnack sondern ein echtes digitales Helferlein, das den lästigen Papierkram beschleunigt. Wir freuen uns auf die nächsten Jahre damit!

Pros

Einfache Bedienung, umfassende Möglichkeiten zur Kalkulation, einfache Angebotserstellung, kumulierte Rechnungsstellung möglich und alle wichtigen Schnittstellen bereits mit Onboard! Was will man mehr?

Cons

Die Bedienung im Artikelstamm bzw. Katalog muss unbedingt noch besser werden. Schön wären Kategorien und eine Auswahlmöglichkeit in Anlehnung an bekanntes wie den Explorer/Finder (mit Ordnern). Die Suche rein über Text ist einfach nicht übersichtlich und komfortabel. Bitte noch umsetzen! Bitte auch die Apps Wetter und Karten in iOS direkt einbinden fürs Bautagebuch und die Navigation.

gute Software für Handwerk- Bau- und Dienstleister, schnelle Einsatzbereitschaft und kurze Lernphasen.

Pros

Cloud & App Fähigkeit, gut verzahnte Module, funktionales Menü, schneller Überblick möglich, zügiges lernen garantiert, Schnittstellen Bauwesen funktional

Cons

bei großen Projekten schwierige Daten- und Dokumentensuche, langes scrollen des Frame nötig, Suchfunktion wie im Verlauf und Selektion wie bei allen Menüköpfen wäre ein große Hilfe, zusätzliche Email Felder bei Adressen, Feld für IT- Seite in Kunden- und Lieferantenverzeichnis, Ausbau als AVA Programm oder Module schaffen für Generalunternehmen

Im gesamten ist es eine sehr gelungene Software. Wir wickeln damit unseren gesamte Auftrags und Rechnungsstellung ab.

Pros

Das Programm hat sich einfach in unseren laufenden Geschäftsbetrieb integriert. Wir konnten Leistungsteste übernehmen und die Grundkalkulation war einfach anzulegen.

Cons

Mir währe eine aktiv funktionierend Mahnwesen mit integrierten gesetzlichen Verzugszinsen wichtig. Außerdem fehlt mir eine Warenwirtschaft oder Lagerverwaltung.

Pros

es ist super das man alles unter dem Kunden finden kann. Die Rechnungsstellung ist super einfach.

Cons

Bei der Suchfunktion wäre es super wenn man auch nach der Objektadresse suchen könnte. Manche Lieferanten schreiben nur die Objektadresse auf den Lieferschein. Die Objektadresse unterscheidet sich öfter von der Rechnungsadresse.

Für uns ist Das Programm sehr hilfreich. Wir können damit unsere Zeiterfassung wunderbar, schnell und gut sortiert organisieren. Die Auftrags- und Rechnungsstellung gelingt mühelos. Das Programm ist sehr übersichtlich und es ist leicht sich einzuarbeiten.

die Zeiterfassung, die Rechnungsstellung, die Einfachheit, der Support, der immer sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert ist

Cons

für uns ist es nicht möglich, die Funktion der Eingangsrechnungen zu nutzen, da die ausgegebene SEPA-Datei nicht mit unserem Onlinebanking kompatibel ist. Dies finde ich äußerst schlecht, da dies große Auswirkungen hat, nicht zuletzt auf die eigentlich sehr nützliche Funktion "Berichte", die einen wunderbaren Überblick über die aktuellen Zahlen gibt - bei uns nur leider nicht auf die Verbindlichkeiten. Diese muss ich aufgrund dieser nicht kompatiblen SEPA-Datei separat verwalten. Hie hoffe ich auf schnelle Nachrüstung, von der ich allerdings zuversichtlich ausgehe. Die Funktionen von Das Programm werden ja stetig weiterentwickelt.
