Overall, I would recommend Yardi software to any big business needed database management for properties and client portfolios.

Pros

User friendly, smooth interface, client support, very limited bug issues, reports pulled easy via sql commands, great product.

Cons

Very expensive compared to other software yet offers more in product options & customer service & customer experience.
