CEO Computer Software Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Terrible Customer Support — Lost My Trust" August 27, 2026 1.0 ...Double billed, promised refunds, and still no refund... Extremely disappointing experience with Enrich.so. I discovered that I had been charged twice and contacted their support team. Enrich initially confirmed in writing that duplicate charges had occurred in July and August and explicitly stated that this appeared to be a billing error on their end. They told me they were processing refunds. I then asked them to review my entire billing history because I was concerned the duplicate billing went back further. Their support team said they could see the full history on their end and would identify and refund all duplicate charges. They later told me there were apparently two active subscriptions on my account — something I never knowingly intended to set up — and asked which one I wanted to keep. I told them to cancel everything and requested refunds for the duplicate charges, as well as the most recent two months because the experience had completely eroded my trust. After waiting several days and following up again, I was told they would refund one of the subscriptions. As of August 27, I still have not received the promised refund or even a proper refund confirmation. What makes this especially frustrating is that their own support initially acknowledged the duplicate charges as a billing error, promised to investigate the full billing history, and repeatedly said refunds were being processed — yet I am still chasing them for my money. Billing mistakes can happen. What matters is how a company handles them. In my experience, Enrich.so's handling of this has been unacceptable. I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing your Enrich.so billing statements and charges if you are a customer. Pros Unfortunately, nothing. My experience was overshadowed by serious billing issues and the way the refund process was handled. Cons The billing and refund experience. I was charged twice, support acknowledged duplicate charges as a billing error and told me refunds were being processed, but I still had to repeatedly follow up and did not receive the promised refund confirmation.
