My overall experience is very good with this software. I use this software to get datasfor my social media handles.

Pros

It gives very accurate data which type of data I want. Also It is very easy to use and available in very affordable price. It's customer support is too good. Best part of this software is it saves most of my time.

Cons

speed is slow. more features can be in this platform. Otherwise I don't think that there is any other dislike this software have. I like it very much.

Pros

The best use case for me has been about getting leads from my website and feeding that data in enrich to get metadata on users and use that data to personalise comms for potential customers for my business.

Cons

I think the lead enrichment process can be fast-tracked a little, which means reducing the time for data enrichment.
