Pros

immiONE's automation has increased our productivity, allows to filter cases shared by our clients. Automated document linking and assembly have been a great feature, merges various types of documents within system or from local computer files. The automated generation of letters and forms has saved us a lot of time. Easy to review beneficiary profile side by side with documents and automated documents checklist and data verification is helping. Case Scanner checks various visa rules and information consistencies between case information and key documents. immiONE's RFE-Copilot helping us to generate RFE response documents based on the case information. Case tracker helping to track all of our clients how many cases are in different stages. petitioner tracker automatically gets data from uploaded notices and allows to view when they are expiring. there are more features helps to increase productivity of users.

Pros

We use it for employment, family case filing and other. Handling a large caseload efficiently was a challenge, but immiONE-CaseONE's comprehensive automation has enabled us to increased our operations productivity without compromising on quality or deadlines. Easy to get the intake form filled and automated documents checklist auto verification is easy. Case Scanner, the automated data capture from documents, verification of data between documents and case data helping us a lot. also, their AI based predict SOC, Wage, MSA checks are very intuitive with just copy paste the job duties. Documents consistency check helping us to ensure related documents are compliant with LCA.
