L’esperienza è stata positiva: come azienda abbiamo avuto la possibilità di attivare corsi personalizzati, costruiti sulle specifiche lacune formative di ciascun dipendente, migliorando l’efficacia dell’apprendimento e valorizzando le competenze individuali.

Pros

La possibilità di accedere a un’ampia e diversificata offerta di corsi, con la libertà di scegliere tra differenti modalità di svolgimento, adattabili alle proprie esigenze formative e organizzative.

Cons

L’impossibilità di tornare indietro durante le lezioni e-learning rappresenta un aspetto da migliorare, al fine di garantire un’esperienza più efficace e flessibile e consentire all’utente finale un utilizzo più consapevole e funzionale dei contenuti formativi.

Ottima. Conosciuta per caso su internet, ho trovato un catalogo formativo molto ampio e ben strutturato.

Pros

Semplicità nello scegliere i corsi. Corsi di alto livello. La possibilità di fruirli quanto torna meglio all'utente.

Cons

Per capire come avviare il corso ci sono più passaggi, non sempre di facile intuizione. Dopo vari tentativi sono riuscita a capire come fare.

La mia esperienza con Gility è complessivamente più che buona in quanto fruttuosa, non eccessivamente dispendiosa.

Pros

La praticità della piattaforma messa a disposizione da Gility. La trovo sufficientemente fruibile e semplice da adoperare.

Cons

I contatti con i referenti Gility non sempre sono diretti e semplicemente accessibili, spesso si prolungano nel tempo.

Complessivamente consiglierei la piattaforma di Gility a tutti colori che vogliono usufruire di corsi in e-learning.

Pros

Una piattaforma semplice e intuitiva che permette agevolmente di seguire un corso in e-learning, potendo riprendere il corso in qualsiasi momento.

Cons

Non ho trovato dei veri svantaggi nell'utilizzare la piattaforma; forse consiglierei di indicare di usare la piattaforma Google Chrome all'atto della registrazione sul sito.
