Inicialmente me parecía un sistema muy básico pero cuando empezamos a indagar con ayuda de un asesor encontramos que es un sistema muy completo

Pros

Me gusta mucho que es un sistema integral que vincula toda la información de los estudiantes en su perfil

Cons

No conocer su alcance, debido a que en la empresa donde laboro se subutilizaba y no se consultaba para darle un mejor manejo

Mi experiencia con Q10 ha sido, en general, positiva, ya que facilita la gestión académica. El equipo de soporte brinda una respuesta oportuna; sin embargo, en algunas ocasiones la plataforma puede presentar cierta lentitud. A pesar de ello, ha sido posible trabajar de manera adecuada.

Pros

La facilidad de uso, ya que es una plataforma que permite acceder rápidamente a la información y facil de usar.

Cons

La plataforma aún no cuenta con la funcionalidad de firma digital para el proceso de prácticas, lo cual limita la agilidad en la gestión de documentos. Además, solo dispone de cuatro tipos de práctica, mientras que la institución IBES maneja una mayor variedad. Esto dificulta la correcta trazabilidad y clasificación de los procesos según su denominación.

Excelente, hasta el momento cumple y cubre nuestras necesidades, siempre atentos a las posibilidades de cambio y un paso adelante de nuestras necesidades.

Pros

Todo lo digital e inmediato de la mayoría de sus procesos, la posibilidad de hacer seguimiento de su desempeño a todo momento.

Cons

Aún no tiene la firma digital para el proceso de práctica, deteniendo nuestro traslado a 100% digital, permitiendo el uso indiscriminado de papel. Adicionalmente el solo tener 4 modalidades de prácticas sin posibilidad de personalizar.

Nuestra experiencia es muy buena, hemos tenido asesoría continua y hemos logrado adaptar todas las herramientas a nuestras necesidades.

Pros

La plataforma es muy dinámica, tiene muchísimas herramientas que fortalecen la gestión administrativa y académica. Tiene muy buen servicio al cliente.

Cons

Aún no tienen incluido el modulo de nomina electrónica, lo cual es muy necesario para no tener que utilizar otra plataforma para este proceso.

Buena, se dio el soporte necesario, igual hay que estudiar para entenderla por el tema de adaptación a bachillerato por ciclos.

Pros

Lo intuitivo de la plataforma en el proceso de tesorería del alumno, que se pueda llevar todo el proceso de el alumno tanto financiero, academico en una sola plataforma.

Cons

Que no esta hecho especificamente para bachillerato por ciclos y la adaptación toma demasiado tiempo. Entonces se vuelve engorrosa la implementación. Que no se pueda crear items de forma masiva para aligerar tiempo.

Una gran experiencia, hemos contado con el acampamiento directo del Sr. Jean Tenorio quien ha sido gran ayuda en los requerimientos y adaptaciones que necesitamos.

\- Muy buena Integración entre la parte académica y financiera - Excelente servicio de acompañamiento

Cons

El modo de presentación de la parte económica el lenguaje que utiliza el sistema en la parte de créditos, es como si fuese un crédito bancario de un préstamo más que un proceso educativo
