Cons The data input requires a significant time and effort initially, which sometimes complicates things in a dynamic and demanding business environment. However, this is mitigated by the fact that the greater the effort of data input the quality of information increases and overall statistics will be generated are more accurate. For sure capturing and maintaining data is the biggest burden of any CRM/ Professional Services Management system. As you point out, the depth and quality of the data captured and maintained in any system has an immediate impact on the usefulness and out-put in terms of reports, so the effort is worthwhile making! Moebius uses a centralized data model meaning data is added once and used wherever it is needed. This reduces the data maintenance effort and increases the integrity of the data once entered. Very easy to use. Has a lot of functions and capabilities. A software that can do almost everything. Can be adapted to suit your needs. Fast. For example, appending your search keyword with the text Documents or Invoices restricts the results to documents or invoices. You can also use commands such as NOT and \* to exclude matches from a search or to search for instances starting with or ending with certain values. Combining search criteria also narrows the results. For example, searching for ‘Invoices Moebius 17/05/2018’, returns all invoices on the date 17/05/2018 containing the word Moebius. AI Angelos I.
