Pros: DP is easy to use, easy to set up templates for messaging and a great tool to add to the reduction in debts.

"It's fast, easy and clients love it."
Overall: It helps us by keeping our limited number of phone lines clear for clients who need it. Clients seem to like how easy it is using a system they know already to contact us. It's a huge time saver and we're still looking at ways to include it in other areas of business.
