We have had nothing but positive experiences with DP and the team. Any issues are quickly and smoothly resolved.

Pros

DP is easy to use, easy to set up templates for messaging and a great tool to add to the reduction in debts.

Cons

I'd like access to a few different features once available to our vet group.

Excellent overall experience. Very easy to implement and train the team on it and excellent support.

Pros

The ease of the functions.The fact that the conversations you have on Digital practice are then automatically stored on the patient file in our PMS system.The fact that the client does not have to download an additional app to use it as most clients already have Whats App.The ease of billing clients via a payment link.The cost effectiveness if the product

I have not identified any negatives so far.

It helps us by keeping our limited number of phone lines clear for clients who need it. Clients seem to like how easy it is using a system they know already to contact us. It's a huge time saver and we're still looking at ways to include it in other areas of business.

Pros

just that it works. We've had very few times where it's been 'down'

Cons

Flagged already but the ability to select all conversations and resolve to PMS.

Digital Practice is easy to access, it is the modern convenient way to communicate for both colleagues and clients. It has saved our practices so much time to focus on client and clinical excellence. It is helpfully backed up by a really helpful support team who are always on hand to help.

Very good. The technical support has been amazing and all our feedback has been taken on board. We use it all day every day and it has really helped to streamline our workload.

Pros

Ease of finding clients and sending messages. Clients do not need to download any additional apps and are familiar with it because it uses WhatsApp

Cons

Sometimes the day list can be a bit difficult because it is so busy. Being able to organise messages into different subfolders would help

Not being able to integrate global payments into it. Only compatible with stripe

Pros

It makes such a huge difference that we can now send WhatsApp messages to clients to let them know their medication is ready to collect. We also love that we are able to keep our clients updated with photos of their pet when they are in with us for the day or longer - clients love being able to see how their pet is getting on.

Cons

It would be great that when sending a payment request, the balance outstanding on the clients account shows so you know how much you are requesting instead of going back and forth to your PMS.

Integration with the Practice Management System was essential. We also wanted a product that didn't require the client to download a separate App.

Cons

When we started the system was a little slow, but the team have worked on this and speed of loading has massively improved.

Pros

The title says it all, one of our colleagues who uses the platform on a daily basis has said it's transformed their way of working and clients absolutely love it! Personally, I have found it so easy to use and the team are always on hand for support, should you need it. Would recommend 100%.

Cons

I found the platform user friendly and so easy to navigate, there are no cons to Digital Practice, in my opinion!
