J'utilise Equadis depuis un peu plus de 1 ans. Essentiellement sur la partie Data provenant de notre PIM/DAM. L'outil est facile d'utilisation et répond à mes attentes. Le support Equadis est excellent et très réactif. A l'écoute de nos évolutions éventuelles. La partie tarifaire et réponse aux appels d'offre ne font pas parties de mon périmètre.

Pros

La facilité d'utilisation de l'outil que nous utilisions déjà lorsque nous étions chez Nestlé. L'autonomie que nous avons pour extraire ou mettre à jour des données en masse La gestion des fiches avec le rapport d'erreurs avant envoie vers le client Le support très efficace et disponible de notre "customer success manager" La rapidité de traitement de nos tickets

Cons

A certain moment des difficultés à se connecter au portail mais qui semblent s'être résorbées maintenant

Herta utilisé déjà Equadis du temps où l'on faisait parti du groupe Nestlé. En quittant le groupe nous avons souhaité garder cette solution qui nous convenait. La migration fut d'autant plus faciles

L'outil est très ergonomique, très fluide d'utilisation, et le service support est extrêmement réactif.

Cons

J'aimerai pouvoir faire des envois groupé vers toutes les centrales Drive d'un coup et ne pas devoir les sélectionnées une par une

Car le système de facturation semblait plus cher par rapport à notre utilisation. De plus ils n'étaient pas prêt pour gérer la partie tarifaire au contraire d'Equadis qui l'était déjà.

Pros

Les aspects d'Equadis les plus appréciés sont notamment autour de la gestion des données de manière très intuitive et simplifiée. Les données demandées sont classifiées de manière cohérente et par métier et permettent de détecter et corriger rapidement la donnée si elle est erronée. Le support est également de bonne qualité et réactif pour répondre aux problématiques des utilisateurs en temps et en heure. Enfin, l'extraction des données pour vérification et modification est un gros avantage car cela nous permet de gouverner nos données de manière régulière et fiable.

Cons

Notre utilisation n'est pas assez tournée vers le PIM, puisqu'Equadis sert chez nous à la syndication et à la gestion des AO commerciaux. Il y aurait peut-être une mise à jour ou une information plus axée sur les changements et nouveaux champs enseigne à revoir mais Equadis n'a pas connaissance maitrise et connaissance des ces changements, notamment sur les règles des enseignes évoluant rapidement pour certaines.
