Ook als stichting met maar één transport bus krijgen wij supersnel en op prettige wijze support. Sinds we Routigo gebruiken kunnen we transport op efficiëntere manier inzetten, belangrijk voor een stichting die afhankelijk is van donaties.

Pros

Bij Stichting Babyspullen rijden we elke werkdag door een groot deel van Nederland met ritten die optimaal gepland zijn met Routigo software. De chauffeur hoeft geen adressen meer in te toetsen: die koppeling met een navigatie app werkt helemaal top.

Cons

Jammer dat ervoor gekozen is om de Routigo app niet met Android Auto te laten werken. Het bekijken van de info uit de app op een groter scherm is een wens van onze transport vrijwilligers.

Vriendelijke mensen, goede support, denken mee ook in het financiële stukje. Er is flexibiliteit en dat is erg prettig.

Pros

Het is een overzichtelijk en simpel systeem met alle mogelijkheden, en zeer gebruiksvriendelijk voor zowel chauffeur als planner. Een maatwerk platform, simpel in gebruik en super overzichtelijk

Cons

ik ondervind op dit moment geen nadelen van het platform.

Pros

Most features work well and is customizable enough

Cons

Very bad customer support. We had change to a competitor days before launch because we had no access to our dashboard and they were unresponsive. Also for basic set up we needed assistance because it was not possible to do some things ourselves. This doesn't have to be bad but because we're a small company they were not very quick to respond and not proactive in helping us. For enterprise companies it might be a good solution but for start ups definitely not recommended. In the end we didn't end up using the product because we couldn't get it to work before launch but they did make us pay for a few more months because of the cancelation clause..

Het is een erg fijne tool voor koeriers. Zelden problemen en snelle support.

Pros

Makkelijk in gebruik. Een erg handige tool voor koeriers om hun route te plannen en stops bij te houden.

Cons

In de nieuwe versie die we nu gebruiken zijn voor ons wat verbeterpunten. Zo blijven stops na afhandeling op de kaart staan en is het toevoegen van adressen in de scanner niet meer mogelijk.

Makkelijk in gebruik, hogere klant tevredenheid.

\- De klant wordt duidelijk geïnformeerd over de status van de bezorging en het verwachte bezorgmoment. - Makkelijk in gebruik voor de bezorgers, zeker sinds je zelf kan kiezen welke navigatie app je gebruikt (zoals Google Maps of Waze). - Goed inzichtelijk waar de bezorger is en of hij voor of achter op schema loopt.

Cons

\- Af en toe wanneer de bezorger achter loopt op schema wil de routering de orders, waarvan het levermoment in het verleden ligt, nog wel eens achteraan in de rit zetten (tijdens de rit).

Hij bedenkt een snelle route naar alle klanten

Cons

Soms klopt het adres niet helemaal. dan wordt je bijvoorbeeld naar de buren of een straat er naast gestuurd.

Positief, werkt goed. Geen grote problemen maar ik mis wat functionaleit en opties zoals eerder genoemd.

Pros

Betrouwbaarheid en gebruiksgemak. Het werkt gewoon, en ik ben tot heden geen bugs tegen gekomen.

Cons

Dat ik niet handmatig de route kan aanpassen. We werken met een kleinere bezorgbus die max 50km/h kan waardoor we sommige wegen niet kunnen nemen, maar routigo houdt daar geen rekening mee.

Pros

Snelle installatie, maatwerk ingericht op ons bedrijf.

Cons

Een aantal verbeteringen die standaard zijn doorgevoerd voor standaard bezorgingen zijn voor ons net niet anders. (wij bezorgen geen standaard pakketen)

Reasons for choosing RoutiGo

simpeler te plannen, andere was meer voor lading van vrachtwagens.
