Pros For our video production company Boardmix has been invaluable. It allows us to easily map out our production documents in the one space and compare schedules and storyboards instantly. I've saved time and been able to impress clients with efficiency and organisation of all of our project documents and details Cons I wish you could add a few more team members without such a large price increase. They repeatedly charged my credit card without authorization and provided poor customer service. Pros I didn’t like anything about Boardmix. They repeatedly charged my credit card without authorization. Cons Their constant unauthorized charges to my credit card were highly frustrating and unethical. I mainly use it to map out workflows or show clients what the structure of things are going to look like. I like that it automatically works out distance between objects based on other objects already in place. I also really like that I can choose how to export my whiteboards, and can share them with others. Cons Sometimes it can be a bit finnicky to make things in the right shape, or to edit text inside objects. It's not a huge issue, but it does make me feel like I'm taking longer than I should sometmes. I hope the price won't get too high in the future, though it should probably raise a little given what it offers! Pros It's quite intuitive and easy to use and has lots of visual features that makes working on it really pleasant to the eye. As a teacher I can create engaging lessons and add a touch of colour to make certain topics less boring! Cons It seems video sharing is not yet 100% working properly, I need to be able to share videos with my students, and it would be great if they could play at the same time for both the teacher and the student, but I know it's not something the other providers have achieved yet either! The pen tools weren't great and overall it seemed a bit too focused on other types of collaboration in business, not enough regard for creative minds Alternatives considered [Explain Everything](https://www.capterra.com/p/202757/Explain-Everything/) Reasons for choosing Boardmix Explain everything didn't seem really user friendly. It had auto playing animated GIFs, which is super cool and something Boardmix should consider adding, but that in itself wasn't enough.
