My experience with iCERP by NEXUSsoft has been great, I'm not sure how we would have operated without it. The team are great to talk to and offer really good support.

Pros

Capturing data that can be used as a baseline and the reports it can generate.

Cons

When new features are requested or become available, sometimes i feel there is not enough testing done before the feature goes live and this can delay the functionality of the feature.

iCERP was configured exactly to our requirements and was critical for managing compliance to our detailed processes. Over the course of eight years the system evolved as we changed and expanded the scope of our operations seamlessly. The system allowed us to thrive during COVID as we could have all staff working remotely but still maintain exceptionally consistent service to our customers. Cannot recommend the software or the team highly enough.

Pros

We made an enormous number of changes over the years all our requests were accommodated and executed well at a predictable cost.

Cons

We did not experience any negative aspects with our deployment and highly recommend the software and the team.

The whole NEXUS soft team gave us the confidence that their program could be developed to suit our individual needs. As with all new programs we have experienced hiccups. The NEXUS soft team have always been contactable and ready to add, deduct, or completely re jig, depending on the situation.

Pros

NEXUS soft offered a fully customisable program to suit our needs, they did not try to fit us into an already made box.

Cons

In my experience, I don't believe there is anything to "Least like"

Overall, the NEXUS program is a great. We have improved in areas that weren't possible with previous software's. It is designed to meet our needs and now we just have to train the staff who use it better to completely understand it's value and the improvement it has made to the daily tasks in our business.

\- Designed for our company - Easy to use and the layout is simple. - Great customer support, the NEXUS team help at the drop of a hat. - Minimized Human error - The CRM - Fast tracks our production - Helped minimise stock errors. - Tabs for everything. Attachments, contacts, communications, etc for all record needs. Everything can be saved in one place and accessed at any time. - Access levels or confidentiality levels. - Nexus are very eager to help maximise our use of their software in order to service our customers to the best of our abilities.

Cons

\- The glitches that come with updates. - The implementation. We integrated it before it was ready and then lead to a lot of issues and having to change some many things which lead to the glitches as changes are being made continuously.

Previously working across multiple software systems, the team at NEXUSsoft understood from the get go what we wanted to set out and achieve. After searching for a decade to customise a platform for the business, NEXUSsoft delivered within a few short months. Quite incredible really. We continue to work together to integrate other systems with the platform so that we have a seamless workflow. The team are always on hand and the responsiveness is immediate. I highly recommend working with NEXUSsoft.

Pros

Our customised platform has revolutionised the way we process and maintain our workflow. The platform has allowed us to scale, and over the years we have implemented a number of features to continue building an industry leading system. We simply could not continue to grow without a platform such as this.

Cons

I don't have any negative experiences, only positive ones. All of our requests have been met.

Overall an excellent start to finish experience with impressive integrations between the organisational units and easy to use UI that made the change management process quick and easy.

Pros

Project and workflow management was a critical factor in implementing a new ERP system. The legacy system had devolved into costing several employees countless hours of manual work external to the system each month just to keep things running, leaving no time/budget to focus on any optimisation projects. So having the ability to manage projects and employees end-to-end within the system resulted in a huge with to the employees and the business as a whole.

Cons

Overall there were no downsides from the implementation, it achieved everything that was outlined.

NEXUSsoft is a Brisbane based organisation that has been around for 20 years, and I’ve known the \[sensitive content hidden\] for more than 15 years. They have a software package, the NEXUSsoft "iCerp Solution" that to put it simply, helps complex businesses put structure and control around their operations.

Pros

Some of the typical challenges they have helped solve are:- Connecting disparate systems to provide a unified view of operations across a business- Reducing the number of admin and support staff required just to cope with day to day operations by automating common and repetitive tasks- Creating delegations and controls around purchasing or other large financial or operational decisions- Creating efficiencies of scale across back of house and front of house operations.- Providing information about not just financial performance, but other critical measures in the business in near-real time.

Cons

There is nothing negative to say, I only wish I had access to this software and the team at NEXUSsoft 20 years ago. If this had been the case, I like many would not have wasted scarce funds and time on products that didn't work.

Reasons for choosing iCERP by NEXUSsoft

1\. It's nice to do business with people that actually meet with you and take some time "in person" to get to know you and your business without obligation.2. I'm suspicious of anyone "telling me" to do things another way. E.G., when I heard the words "Industry Best Practice", for me, it's another way of saying "The way you do things is too difficult to fit our software"3. NEXUSsoft (the people and the product) have the integrity, values, skill, experience and importantly a genuine/considered "can do" attitude in spades! This for me, instilled trust from the get go - with deliverables and professionalism exceeding expectations. Humility, with a reserved confidence also come to mind.

The overall experience has been great. Throughout a few different roles, I have used other similar platforms that leave much to be desired after using iCERP by NEXUSsoft.

Pros

As a general user and sales professional, I enjoy having the ability to track a sale or project job from opportunity creation to invoicing, all within one platform. The platform's easy-to-navigate and ubiquitous tabs enable me to access any and all information related to a particular job or task.

Cons

I find reporting features and functionality to be lacking within the platform.

Pros

Because the system was written to reflect our existing business processes we had no requirement for training or getting to know the software. The transition from the paper, Excel based systems and individual pieces of software we were using was simplicity itself.

Cons

Every functionality we have demanded of the software has been met so the answer is nothing to report here.
