We started using eHRM in February of 2021 as a part of the digitalization process and never looked back. The employees are happy because they can download they pay slips from the comfort of their couch, while to me, it saves so much time and brain space.

Pros

I love the fact that we've become a mostly paper-free company (with the exception of the documentation others send us by regular mail). I am not by any means a tech savvy person, but once you figure the logic behind the platform, it becomes very easy to use. It saves me a lot of time that I can just upload documents online and I know that the employees have a secure way of reaching the information everywhere. Also, all of their documents are stored in one place. Thanks to eHRM we improved with ease our onboarding process and yearly reviews.

Cons

We have a rather different development and training process that the norm. Although we tried customizing this tab, it was not user friendly according to our employees so we found another solution outside eHRM and incorporated it inside the eHRM platform, so we do not confuse employees with multiple HR related programs. Generating new documents is also rather tricky.

Reasons for choosing eHRM

Price, compatibility with Slovene labour law, customization.

eHRM provides an overview of all HR processes, offers relevant reports to support HR analytics, and reduces time spent on administrative tasks. It is a great support tool for managers and facilitates collaboration between managers, employees, and HR. The best part is their adaptability and readiness to customize.

Cons

The user experience could be a bit more refined and intuitive. It takes a while to learn how to use certain features, especially with personnel records.

eHRM had all the HR processes we needed in one place, including in-depth performance management, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, personnel records and administration, development interviews, education and training module, and HR reports.

eHRM is for sure a great asset for every company as it covers all HR processes. I like that the system is stable and continuously upgraded. the novelties are introduced on monthly basis. The best part is for sure a very professional team behind the product which brings extra value to already great solution.

Pros

We introduced eHRM even before we had an HR role in our company. The implementation team and later on support is accessible, very responsive and prone to finding the best solution. Everything what was promised was also delivered. If something is not available in the standard solution, Agitavit can always customize it to meet specific company needs. They also transfer knowledge and good practices on regular basis and never stop improving/developing further the application.

Cons

In the beginning you have to get used to the user interface, it is not completely intuitive at first. Also the user manual is available only in Slovene language.

My overall experience with the EHRM is good. This is our first HR system and we are satisfied with it, as it grows with us and adapts to our needs.

Pros

Costumer service is extremely responsive and helpful. All new functionalities we need are developed very quickly. The notification system for expired medical examinations, contracts and trainings is fantastic, especially for us who have a large number of employees.

Cons

For us, a lot of functionality has not yet been developed, so this was an additional cost for us everytime we needed something different.
