sehr gut ich habe die Prozesse besser unter Kontrolle, durch die Textvorgaben habe ich all Bewerbungen im gleichen Stil beantwortet.

Pros

Die Struktur und der Aufbau finde ich sehr gut. Besonders den ganzen Bewerbungsablauf sowie die Hilfestellung bei Beantwortung (Textvorgaben)

Cons

Das die Bilder nicht mehr ersichtlich sind. Ich konnte damit schneller die Personen zuordnen oder finden.

Ich konnte bis jetzt nur gute Erfahrungen sammeln. Das Tool ist gut aufgebaut und einfach zu handhaben, somit brauche ich auch nicht grossen Aufwand zu betreiben um die Vorgesetzten zu schulen.

Pros

Es ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und einfach aufgebaut. Der Service ist top, wenn etwas ist, bekommt man immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit professionelle und freundliche Unterstützung. Auch die Vorgesetzten haben sich schnell daran gewöhnt und schätzen, dass sie die offenen Dossiers zu ihren Stellen jederzeit im Blick haben.

Cons

Mir ist bis jetzt noch nichts negatives aufgefallen. Wenn etwas nicht passt, wird dies sehr genau analysiert und bei Bedarf auch aufgenommen, damit es in einem nächsten Update verfügbar wäre.

Dualoo ist ein webbasiertes Bewerbermanagementtool, mit dem man sehr einfach die ganze Bewerberadministration abhandeln kann. Man gewinnt dadurch sehr viel Zeit für andere Aufgaben und kann Prozesse prima standardisieren, ohne dass der persönliche Touch verloren geht.

Pros

Einfach im Handling, alle nötigen Funktionen vorhanden, Preis-Leistung super, Support mega schnell und unkompliziert und vor allem Kostenlos!

Cons

Die neue Version ist etwas weniger übersichtlich als vorher. Sonst alles einfach und super. Die Fälligkeiten brauchen wir nicht.

Unsere Erfahrung mit Dualoo war durchwegs positiv. Die Kombination aus schneller Einsatzbereitschaft, einfacher Bedienung, hoher Anpassbarkeit und persönlicher Betreuung hat uns überzeugt. Gerade für KMU, die eine schlanke und effiziente Lösung suchen, ist Dualoo eine klare Empfehlung. Es passt perfekt zu unserer Arbeitsweise – unkompliziert, direkt und professionell.

Pros

Dualoo ist extrem benutzerfreundlich und ideal auf die Bedürfnisse von KMU zugeschnitten. Besonders überzeugt hat uns der schnelle Einstieg – innerhalb einer Woche nach dem Erstkontakt war unsere Lehrstelle live. Die Vorlagen sind durchdacht und bieten eine hervorragende Basis, die man flexibel an den eigenen Rekrutierungsprozess anpassen kann. Der Standardprozess lässt sich individuell ausgestalten – einfach, pragmatisch und ohne unnötigen Ballast. Ein grosses Plus ist das Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Keine überladenen Funktionen, sondern alles, was man wirklich braucht – und das in einem sehr fairen Preismodell. Hervorzuheben ist auch die persönliche Betreuung und Schulung: Fragen werden kompetent beantwortet, oft liegen passende Lösungen bereits vor. Die Begleitung war jederzeit sehr unterstützend und lösungsorientiert.

Cons

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass der integrierte Videocall nicht als Option mit Teams verfügbar war. Wir konnten dies jedoch mit einem einfachen Workaround lösen, indem wir unsere Microsoft Teams-Links direkt über das Tool verschickt haben – das hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Rundum mehr als zufrieden! Können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir arbeiten sehr gerne mit Dualoo.

Pros

Wir sind mit Dualoo sehr zufrieden. Besonders überzeugt uns die intuitive Bedienung, die es auch neuen Nutzern leicht macht, schnell ins System einzusteigen. Die zahlreichen Automatisierungen und Vorlagen erleichtern den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess enorm und sorgen für eine spürbare Zeitersparnis. Dadurch können wir uns stärker auf die qualitativen Aspekte im Recruiting konzentrieren.

Cons

Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass Microsoft Teams aktuell noch nicht eingebunden werden kann, sondern mit Jitsi gearbeitet wird.

Eigentlich nur gute. Am besten ist die Kommunikation mit den Bewerbern. Antwortmail kommen immer an und die Vorlagen sind vor dem abschicken abänderbar.

Pros

Sehr gut verständlich und intuitiv. Am besten ist die Übersicht der Dossiers. Und die unkomplizierte Erstellung der Antwortmails.

Cons

Die Bewertungen für die Bewerber. Diese ist zum teil schwer zu beurteilen. Auch die Notengebung der Bewertung ist nicht immer nachvollziehbar.
