É um sistema robusto e flexível quanto a integração e desenvolvimento de novas funcionalidades.

Pros

O engajamento da equipe em resolver algum problema ou dúvida pontual que possa vir a acontecer.

Cons

É uma ferramenta que agiliza em muito a publicação de conteúdo porem a não transparência quanto a necessidade de uma chave da api para utilização da IA gerou um certo desconforto. Mas totalmente aceitável.

O LumisXP é uma ferramenta excelente e com bom custo benefíco, que atende desde portais pequenos até grandes portais de conteúdo com milhares de acessos, com áreas abertas e restritas.

Pros

A facilidade na construção das páginas (templates, menus etc) está muito boa. A rapidez no carregamento também é um ponto excelente.

Cons

O formato de passagem de conteúdo entre ambientes.

Minha experiência com a plataforma é excelente, atendendo sempre as expectativas, tanto on premise como em nuvem.

Pros

Estabilidade. Trabalhamos com o LumisXP há 18 anos e nosso portal corporativo vem, desde sempre, crescendo e evoluindo, consequentemente recebendo cada vez mais acessos e plataforma sempre se mostrou estável e com excelente perfomance.

Cons

A migração do banco de dados on premise para nuvem foi um pouco desgastante, mas acabou sendo executada com êxito.

Pros

Facilidade no uso, Flexibilidade da plataforma em se adaptar as necessidades específicas de cada cliente e fácil configuração e setup.

Cons

Nada a declarar como negativo no momento, mas um ponto a ser mais explorado são os módulos de UX e Indicadores com conexões via PowerBi.
