It's a clear, easy to use platform. Pros Eldison is very easy to use when compared to other similar platforms I have used (Carta for example. It's super visual which is nice for someone who is not an expert in these things. Cons I only use it every couple months to check on my stock options, so haven't found anything that I really dislike yet.
