"Great Experience so far"

**Overall:** We’ve been using StayFi since January, and it’s been an excellent addition to our short-term rental operations. It’s provided a seamless way to stay connected with our guests and market to them more effectively after their stay. It’s truly been a game changer for our business, with plenty of room for continued growth. The platform is user-friendly for both hosts and guests, and I’m looking forward to seeing what new features they introduce in the future. I highly recommend it to any short-term rental operator looking to enhance their guest engagement.

**Pros:** Ease of setup and Ease of use by our guests

**Cons:** I can not think of anything with the Stayfi product or the customer service

"Works well"

**Overall:** It’s been rock solid. Connectivity is excellent, and easy of us is quite apparent. Been using for over a year with no issues.

**Pros:** Works as advertised. I’ve found the WiFi access to be completely reliable, and the customer email collection relatively painless.

**Cons:** On very few occasions, we’ve had a guest complain about using their email address. Mostly because they just didn’t realize they can opt out of marketing.
