The product is simple to use and very intuitive. Pros This product is easy to set up, simple to use, and has multiple benefits, from guest communication to marketing for repeat business. Pros In general, the hardware and software are easy to install and set up with Stay Fi. I made a splash page with minimal skills to do this prior with their easy set up tutorials. So the learning curve was quick and easy to use. I've seen a nice bump in direct bookings across my portfolio since using StayFi and also took them up on a 1:1 session on how to setup email marketing which was a great experience and easy to do (they have great customer service). I didn't think it made sense to start email marketing until I had hundreds of emails but that's not the case. You can start the funnel with 1 email to start marketing and fill the top of the funnel as your grow your list. No guest push back on data entry to this point; although I have not yet tried the phone number collection for text marketing. Pros Customer Service are available to teach you how to get the most out of their product. Cons The inability to make a link to the impact on direct bookings driven from StayFi. Connectivity is excellent, and easy of us is quite apparent. Been using for over a year with no issues. Pros Works as advertised. I’ve found the WiFi access to be completely reliable, and the customer email collection relatively painless. Cons On very few occasions, we’ve had a guest complain about using their email address. Pros We’ve been using StayFi for our cabins in Maine and have been very satisfied with the experience. The setup was straightforward, and the portal offers solid functionality that makes managing guest WiFi simple. Being able to collect guest email addresses has helped improve our remarketing efforts and led to more direct bookings. Their customer service has been consistently responsive and helpful. We also appreciate the regular updates and new features. The \[sensitive content hidden\] has been incredible to work with and the entire team is extremely passionate about helping you success long after the sale. Highly recommend Pros Stayfi is an incredible software that plays a huge role in our overall marketing strategy. I operate a Vacation Rental Management Brand and prior to using Stayfi, we were limited on guest retention and/or email collection of our consumers. When a guest books an "Airbnb", the email or contact info is blocked and even if you're good at getting at manual collection, we still only collected the email of the "Booker" vs every guest that enters our home. With Stayfi, we increased our overall email audience by 50% in a short period of time and our residual guest audience has played a huge role in gaining residual bookings from travelers that stay in our marketing pipeline and choose to follow us in other cities and areas that we offer vacation rental accomodations. Cons I can't think of a con at the moment, but I have a suggestion for a feature. My request would be to have Stayfi establish a partnership with Cable providers such as Spectrum to offer a one stop shop to internet, wifi, and email collection. Some companies in the hotel space have started to go this route and I think Stayfi could introduce this concept to the VR industry and help host get a wholesale cost for Wifi and keep everything under one roof. I don't know why anyone who wants repeat business would NOT want to do this! Pros This was super easy to set up, and customer service is very available to help with any questions. The user-interface is very simple and straightforward - not a single guest has ever asked about it or expressed concerns. It is very similar to getting onto wi-fi at Starbucks or the airport. It is also brilliant in that you capture all guests' e-mails, not just the booker. Cons I don't like that I have to manually update the contact list anytime I export it to remove people I don't want to host again. Unless I misunderstand how that works. Pros I have used StayFi for years and am completely satisfied! My guests comment often on how professional the wifi splash page is. Pros It was easy to set up the router and software, and I haven't had to touch the system since then. New contacts automatically go to my email campaign software, and my guests have never had an issue with the WiFi network. Cons I'd prefer to use the WiFi router I already have instead of using their router because I can't connect my wireless devices (TV, Ring doorbell, etc) to the StayFi router, but I haven't had any issue with their router.
