Pros The ability to capture guest data of ALL guests staying your STR is paramount to "own the guest relationship" in a fragmented world of marketplaces and options to book. They ship you the hardware and it takes about 10 minutes to set up. Once it's running, you can start growing your email list with each reservation. Cons The email marketing is charged per contact, which can add up quickly if you recycle contacts on multiple lists, however, they also give you the option to integrate with other CRM and email marketing tools so you can use what works best for you. Software is super helpful, marketing tools are great, and the customer service is superb. Pros User-friendly, straightforward, checks all the boxes to allow us to continue contact with guests Cons The email campaign creation/editor is great but not always user friendly. " July 7, 2023 5.0 i had no efficient way to gather guests information... its easy to get the person who booked... but getting their friends, family and visitors is a huge plus... Pros once implemented it really helps to build our email and text lists. Cons occassionally needs a reboot... Pros Easy to use and setup. Can just inbox it and have it running immediately. Cons Streaming isn’t intuitive. We’ve only been using it for a few months and still have no results. I understand it may take time, but it’s a very expensive trial. Pros I like how easy it is to install hardware and implement the software. Cons I don’t like the recurring costs (monthly subscription) and initial upfront costs for the hardware. I have not started using the product for email marketing, but will very soon. I have recommended this product to other investors.
