Rapidità e facilità nell'emissione delle fatture normali ed elettroniche e invio dei pagamenti al sistema TS.

Pros

Il prodotto ha una curva di apprendimento molto morbida e di rapida comprensione di tutti gli aspetti delle varie funzionalità. Personalmente avevo bisogno di gestire in modo più semplice la parte di fatturazione e invio del sistema TS e in meno di una settimana dall'acquisto, grazie agli sviluppatori era già stato tutto predisposto e utilizzato efficacemente. I prossimi punti interessanti verteranno sulla possibilità di implementare l'agenda per le prenotazioni online, in modo da sgraviare del carico di lavoro.

Cons

Nessun aspetto negativo da segnalare, ma un suggerimento: aprire alla possibilità di creare alcuni automatismi come l'invio di report da far compilare al paziente con una certa regolarità, che consentirebbe per esempio a me di verificare se si attiene alle disposizioni alimentari, o per esempio ad un fisioterapista se il soggetto sta eseguendo gli esercizi a casa.

Ottima esperienza. Essenziale nel mio lavoro per la cartella clinica con il mantenimento dei dati. Il sistema reminder evita "Did not show" dei pazienti. Ottimo e flessibile il sistema di fatturazione e pagamento. Eccezionale L'API con physiapp. Fondamentale integrazione con sistema tessera sanitaria.

Pros

Il fatto di avere sistema unico sia clinico che di fatturazione estremamente intuitivo e personalizzabile. Inoltre il team di supporto e' eccezionale e la piattaforma e' in costante sviluppo.

Cons

Forse il sistema di prenotazione online, in quanto andiamo verso un momento nel quale le persone preferiscono utilizzare il proprio telefono o computer per fissare un appuntamento, piuttosto che interagire con una segreteria.

Era un prodotto che aveva una buona diffusione tra i fisioterapisti e nella call conoscitiva il team mi aveva dato le informazioni che cercavo.

Molto soddisfacente. L'impiego di Beebeeboard ha facilitato la gestione dell'attività, migliorato la qualità del servizio offerto, ridotto l'uso della carta.

Pros

Siamo uno Studio di fisioterapia. Abbiamo trovato Beebeedoc davvero completo e a costi accessibili. E' possibile gestire tutto sia dal punto di vista operativo (appuntamento, sale ed apparecchiature, collaboratori, gestione del paziente, consensi, attività professionale vera e propria) sia amministrativa (fatturazione, invio al STS, acquisti, spese, grafici riassuntivi...). Semplice da utilizzare e personalizzare. In continua evoluzione ed aggiornamento, in relazione alle nuove normative o ad esigenze segnalate dall'utenza. Ma il vero punto di forza è l'assistenza: puntuale ed efficace sia in tempo reale, in chat per piccole problematiche, sia per argomenti più di fondo e meritevoli di approfondimenti.

Cons

La tx al STS delle fatture emesse non è ancora completamente compliance riguardo le fatture rimborsate da parte di assicurazioni e Fondi. E' in corso di affinamento, comunque, un'aggiornamento risolutivo.

Assistenza impeccabile

Pros

Utilizzo BeeBeeDoc da anni come gestionale per appuntamenti e scheda clienti nel mio studio professionale e ne sono estremamente soddisfatto. BeeBeeDoc offre un'interfaccia intuitiva che semplifica la pianificazione degli appuntamenti e l'accesso alle informazioni dei clienti. La personalizzazione delle schede dei clienti mi consente di registrare tutti i dettagli necessari e offrire un servizio personalizzato. Inoltre, la funzione di reporting mi permette di monitorare le prestazioni del mio studio nel tempo. Consiglio BeeBeeDoc a chiunque cerchi un gestionale affidabile per la propria attività.

Cons

Al momento direi nulla, va tutto bene. Lo uso molto ogni giorno e non ho mai avuto problemi e in ogni caso l'assietnza è veloce.
