Since starting with TSP I've noticed a dramatic decrease in the amount of time spent at home on the computer. I can now handle nearly all of my work AT work. In addition, because the program is so simple to use, I've found that I'm keeping far less information in my head, and consequently it no longer feels like a "chore" to work on the administrative side of my business.

Pros

One of my favorite features about Trade Service Pro is the streamlined design, and ability to navigate throughout the program without following specific "routes." Additionally, the speed with which the program operates (even on mobile in poor-reception areas) is a great improvement from other programs we've tried. Furthermore, the ability to access all of the program's features from any device (desktop, laptop, mobile, tablet) has really decreased the amount of time spent working at home, as everything can now be done on the jobsite.

Cons

So far, any issues or concerns I've had with TSP have been addressed promptly; it definitely feels as though the program designers really care about their product, as well as the end-user. Since I signed up for TSP the program has nearly doubled in features, several of them at my suggestion.
