Pros

It is simple in design and therefore easy to use.

Cons

I would look to their roadmap for the parts missing, as they develop those, the cons will slide off the page.

We implemented Speybl on StartupJobs a year ago, and we are very satisfied with its functioning. It is an ideal solution for the needs of smaller companies. We especially appreciate the customer-oriented approach, where all our suggestions and comments are implemented within days. Thank you!

Pros

The UX is very nice and intuitive. All our suggestions are implemented soon.

Cons

Some bugs occasionally appear, but everything is usually fixed within hours.

Experience with Speybl has been very positive. Thanks to Speybl, we have a comprehensive overview of the entire HR agenda, with all documents and information in one place, which significantly saves us time. Employees have easy access to their profiles, attendance, and stay updated with internal documents. The support team is fantastic, customizing the system to our needs and always available when needed.

Pros

It's user-friendly and offers all the tools we need. Instead of managing lot of Excel spreadsheets, we have now a single, organized system that enables us to access all employee information, attendance records, onboarding details, notifications, and work aids with just a few clicks. Speybl seamlessly integrated with our existing systems and applications. Fitting perfectly into our company.

Cons

Nothing at all. It's already great, and it has the potential to become even better.
