This software was purchased decades ago. One day we came in and were unable to use the software that we paid for. We were "held hostage" until we paid their support fee. We would not recommend this software to anyone.

Pros

Ease of use - did not appreciate being held "hostage" to pay their support fee.

Cons

The support fee - you have no choice to use support or not.

The customer service response and the overall quality of service most importantly \[sensitive content hidden\] has been taking care of my account for 11 years and I love calling in and getting a friendly voice on the other end \[sensitive content hidden\] has taking calls from me for 11 years they feel like friends, but I never met them
