Pros Some of my favorite features of AdminPlus include: the relative ease of learning to use the system, the ease of finding information on students, the schedule building, and the ability to create various forms/documents within the system such as transcripts and report cards. I also appreciate that AdminPlus securely stores all the school's information, and it is an easy tool to access from anywhere. Cons The system doesn't always load smoothly, or takes a significant period of time to retrieve information. Sometimes the system has crashed on me as well. Making changes to the system takes less time than when we used AdminPlus Classic. Cons In AdminPlus.com not all the reports we use are integrated and the report forms don't work for us right now. The big issue is the custom report card that was created for us by Rediker hasn't been made available in AdminPlus.com. No APNotify in AdminPlus.com. So many have been educators that they understand our needs. Pros We have been with Admin Plus for more than 23 years. I like the flexibility of the fields and the Contact DB integration. The newer AdminPlus.com has wonderful custom features and is easy to use. The report-writing feature is coming along well and the import and export/Excel is very helpful to us. The Support staff have always been very helpful and quick to respond. Cons The Classic version was outdated, particularly with its Excel version, but the AdminPlus.com version appears to have taken feedback and improved it greatly.
